|b This research aims primarily to examine the different practices of business intelligence and its effects on the innovation process. In this context, a qualitative study was carried out among the executives of the National Company of Electronic Industries (Entreprise Nationale des Industries Électroniques -ENIE) in order to examine the degree of interest and importance that the company gives to this new managerial tool, and also to identify its impacts on the innovation process. This study has shown that business intelligence can make a significant positive contribution to the innovation process.
|d Le présent travail de recherche vise principalement à examiner les différentes pratiques de la veille stratégique et ses effets sur le processus d’innovation. Dans ce contexte, une étude qualitative a été menée auprès des cadres de l’Entreprise Nationale des Industries Electroniques (ENIE) dans le but d'examiner le degré d’intérêt et d'importance que l'entreprise accorde à ce nouvel outil managérial, et aussi d'identifier ses effets sur le processus d’innovation. Cette étude a montré que la veille stratégique peut apporter une contribution significative positive au processus d’innovation.
