المستخلص: ينصرف مضمون البحث إلى دراسة الاتهامات الموجهة إلى منظمة الصحة العالمية وفق محورين، اتهام متخيل، قدمته رواية (الجحيم) للروائي الأمريكي دان براون، واتهام واقعي أعلنته دول عدة في مقدمتها تصريحات رئيس الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، (دونالد ترامب)، فمثلما دعت المنظمات الدولية إلى تكاتف الجهود وتوحيدها في مواجهة تلك الأزمة، فلقد اندرجت الدراسة ضمن الدراسات البينية التي تهتم بمواجهة المشكلات المجتمعية والإقليمية والعالمية التي تتطلب تداخل الاختصاصات كافة بغية تجاوز تلك الأزمة، إذ يسير البحث وفق مستويين، يتعلق الأول بتطورات جائحة كورونا وموقف منظمة الصحة العالمية، فيما يتعلق الثاني بتحليل ثيمات المتخيل السردي الذي يبحث في موضوعة تخليق فيروس، يختلف في تصنيفه فيما لو كان وباء أو إنقاذا للبشرية ودور منظمة الصحة العالمية والمنظمة الغامضة المرتبطة بها، إذ تبحث الدراسة التشابه الحاصل بين الفيروس واتهامات المنظمة في المستويين، وقد يكون ثمة تشابه أو اختلاف بين المستويين، ولا شك في ذلك فنحن نحاول مقاربة الاتهام حول دور المنظمة إلى حد ما وطبيعة عملها في الواقع، والصورة التي حاول المتخيل تقديمها ،بوصفها- أي المنظمة- الجهة المسؤولة الأولى عن ظاهرة التضخم السكاني في المتخيل السردي، والمسؤولة عن تفشي الجائحة في العالم المعيش/ الواقع، والمفارقة التي قد يجدها القارئ أن المنظمة التي تحاول ملاحقة أو إيقاف انتشار (الفيروس/ الوباء- المنقذ) للبشرية بحسب ما تقدمه الرواية، هي نفسها التي تقاعست في دورها وأسهمت في انتشار جائحة كورونا بحسب اتهامات المجتمع الدولي الأخيرة لها، لذلك فقلد تفرعت الدراسة على ثلاثة محاور تعلق كل محور بإحدى مراحل الأزمة، بعد محاجة قدمت فيها الباحثة الظاهرة الاجتماعية التي تسببت بالأزمة الصحية- بحسب ما فرضته الرواية- وبحسب ما تذهب إليه نظرية المؤامرة في تخليق فايروس كورونا، ثم سرد موجز لأولية تأسيس منظمة الصحة العالمية وأهدافها وآلية تمويلها، ومن ثم تحديد خصوصية رواية الجحيم عبر البحث في دلالة العنوان واختيار الأمكنة، إذ تناول المحور الأول ثيمتي (دوافع تخليق الفيروس ونصوص الاتهام)، تناول فيها أسباب تخليق الفيروس في المتخيل السردي والغرض النبيل منه والإدانة الواضحة والصريحة للمنظمة، فيما تناول المحور الثاني (المنظمة بين الاتهام والإشادة العالميين) موقف الدول من دور المنظمة إذ تناولت الدراسة موقف كل من الولايات المتحدة والاتحاد الأوروبي والصين، فيما تناول المحور الثالث المعنون بـ (تحولات الأزمة الصحية إلى أزمة سياسية) تحولات الأزمة وتداعياتها على المجتمع الدولي عبر ثلاثة مسارب اطلاق التسمية العنصرية وأزمة الثقة وإيقاف الدعم الأمريكي للمنظمة، وتكمن أهمية الدراسة بكونها تتناول دراسة الظاهرة/ المشكلة- الأزمة، وفق مقاربة تكاملية من زوايا معرفية مختلفة، تسهم بالتالي في معالجة الظاهرة وتقريب الأسباب والمعالجات.

The content of the current research is to study accusations directed against the World Health Organization according to two axes, visualizer accusation, presented by the novel (Hell) by the American novelist Dan Brown and realistic accusation announced by several countries, foremost of which is the statements of the President of the United States of America, Donald Trump. As the international organizations called for lobbying the efforts to confront this crisis, the current study is inserted within indication studies that are concerned over confronting the community , territorial and international problems required to interfere all specializations in order to overcome this crisis. As the research proceeds according to two levels, the first relates to the developments of the Corona pandemic and the position of the World Health Organization, and the second one analyzes themes of the narrative imagination that examines the issue of creating a virus, which differs in its classification as to whether it is an epidemic or a rescue of humanity and the role of the World Health Organization and the mysterious Organization associated with it. The study searches the similarity between the virus and the Organization accusations into two levels, either there will be similarity or difference between these two levels. Undoubtedly, we are trying to approach the accusation about the role of the organization and the nature of its work, as well as the image the visualizer tried to present since it is considered the official one that is responsible for overpopulation according to the narrative visualizer and it is responsible for spreading the virus in the world. As the novel indicated that the organization tried to stop the spread of pandemic and it is the same organization slacks in its role and contributed to the spread of the Corona pandemic, according to the recent accusations of the international community to it. So the study was divided into three axes , each axis relates to the crisis, after an argument in which the researcher presented the social phenomenon that caused the health crisis- according to What the novel imposed- and according to what the conspiracy theory goes to in the creation of the Corona virus, then a brief account of the initial establishment of the World Health Organization, its goals and its financing mechanism, and then determining the specificity of the Hell novel by researching the meaning of the title and choosing the places, as the first axis dealt with my theme (motives for creating the virus and the accusation texts), in which he addressed the reasons for creating the virus in the narrative imagination, its noble purpose, and clear and explicit condemnation of the organization. While the second axis (the organization between global accusation and praise) dealt with the position of countries on the role of the organization, as the study dealt with the position of the United States, the European Union and China, while the third axis entitled (transformations of the health crisis into a political crisis) deals with transformations and crisis and its repercussions on the international community through three sections: the racist, the crisis of confidence, and the cease of the American support for the organization. The importance of the study lies in the fact that it deals with the study of the phenomenon/ problem- the crisis, according to an integrative approach from different cognitive angles, thus contributing to addressing the phenomenon and bringing the causes and treatments closer.
