المستخلص: تهدف الدراسة إلى تحليل موقف اليابان التاريخي من قضية الصراع العربي "الإسرائيلي" والعوامل التي أثرت في هذا الموقف، ومن أهمها: عامل الطاقة والعامل الأمريكي، وتغير موازين القوة بعد نهاية الحرب الباردة، والعلاقة مع "إسرائيل". كما يعمل البحث على دراسة المراحل التي مر فيها الموقف الياباني من الأحداث المرتبطة بتلك القضية التاريخية؛ الانتفاضات الفلسطينية، وقضية السلام العربي-"الإسرائيلي". وتتناول هذه الورقة أربعة محاور أساسية: يتبلور المحور الأول في العوامل المؤثرة فـي موقف اليابان من قضية الصراع العربي "الإسرائيلي"، ويبحث الثاني تطور موقف (سياسة) اليابان من قضية الصراع العربي–"الإسرائيلي"، والثالث يقرأ موقف اليابان وعملية السلام العربية -"الإسرائيلية"، ويتناول المحور الأخير موقف اليابان من الانتفاضات الفلسطينية.

"Cette étude vise à analyser la position historique du Japon concernant la question du conflit ""Arabo-Israélien"" et les facteurs qui l’ont influencée. Le plus important de ces facteurs est l'élément énergétique, la position américaine ainsi que le changement de l'équilibre des puissances à la fin de la guerre froide et la relation avec ""Israël"". Cette recherche considère également les étapes de la position japonaise concernant les événements liés à cette question historique ; les Intifadas palestiniens et la question de la paix arabo ""israélienne"". Cet article s'organise autour de quatre axes principaux : le premier aborde la position du Japon sur la question du conflit ""Arabo-Israélien"", le second étudie le développement de la position politique du Japon au sujet de ce conflit, le troisième considère la position du Japon et le processus de paix arabo - ""Israélien"" et le dernier examine la position du Japon face aux Intifadas palestiniens."

The study analyses Japan's historical position on the Arab-Israeli conflict and the factors that affected this position. The most notable factors are the energy factor, the American factor, the change in the balance of power after the end of the Cold War, and the relationship with “Israel.” The research also examines the stages of the Japanese position on events related to this historical issue; the Palestinian uprisings and the issue of Arab-Israel peace. This paper deals with four main topics: the first topic explains the factors affecting Japan's position on the Arab-Israel conflict, the second topic examines the evolution of Japan's position (policy) on the Arab-Israel conflict, the third discusses Japan's position and the Arab-Israeli peace process.
