المستخلص: "فمن المسائل التي وقع فيها الخلاف بين المحدثين مسألة سماع الحسن البصري من سمرة بن جندب رضي الله عنهما، فمنهم من أثبت السماع مطلقا، ومنهم نفاه مطلقا، ومنهم من قال أن روايته عنه من كتاب فقط، ومنهم من أثبته في حديث العقيقة فقط، وسائر حديثه من كتاب، ولعل سبب الاختلاف في هذه المسألة هو ما وصف به الحسن البصري من التدليس وكثرة الإرسال. وتظهر أهمية هذه المسألة أنها تحكم في أكثر من خمسين حديثا، قد رواها الحسن عن سمرة رضي الله عنهما، وكثير منها في أحاديث الأحكام من الأنكحة والبيوع والحدود وغيرها، وقد اشتمل هذا البحث على مقدمة، وثلاثة مباحث وخاتمة. أما المقدمة فكانت في بيان أهمية البحث وسبب اختياره. والمبحث الأول: كان في التعريف بالصحابي الجليل سمرة بن جندب، والحسن البصري رضي الله عنهما. والمبحث الثاني: كان فيما ثبت اتصاله من مرويات الحسن عن سمرة. والمبحث الثالث: كان في موقف المحدثين من سماع الحسن من سمرة، وبيان القول الراجح في هذه المسألة، وكان من أهم ما أظهرته الدراسة أن رواية الحسن عن سمرة تستثنى من عدم السماع وأنها رواية متصلة. وأما الخاتمة فكانت في أهم نتائج البحث."

" One of the issues in which there was disagreement between the two hadiths is the question of hearing Hassan al-Basri from Samra Ibn jandab (may Allah be pleased with them), some of them have proven hearing at all, some of them have denied it at all, some of them have said that his version of him is from a book only, and some of them have proved it in the Hadeeth of aqiqah only, and the rest of his Hadeeth is from a book, and perhaps the reason for the difference in this issue is what Hassan al- Basri described as fraud and frequent transmission. The importance of this issue shows that it governs more than fifty hadiths, has been narrated by Hassan about Samra, may Allah be pleased with them, and many of them in the hadiths of rulings of Al-anjaah, sale, borders and others, and this research has included an introduction, three research and conclusion. The introduction was a statement of the importance of the research and the reason for its selection. And the first topic: it was in the definition of the great companion Samra bin jandab, and Hassan al-Basri, may Allah be pleased with them. And the second topic: it was in what proved his connection from the narrations of Hassan from Samra. The third topic: it was in the position of the modernists to hear Hassan from Samra, and the statement of the most correct statement in this matter, and one of the most important things that the study showed that the novel of Hassan from Samra is excluded from not hearing and it is a connected novel. The conclusion was in the most important search results."
