المستخلص: الذكاء الاقتصادي في منطقة التجارة الحرة القارية الأفريقية الرهان والتحديات يناقش هذا المقال حدثا له أهمية اقتصادية عالمية كبيرة، إنشاء منطقة التجارة الحرة القارية الأفريقية ودخولها حيز التنفيذ. وفي حين أن لهذا الحدث أهمية سياسية ورمزية أكيدة بالنسبة لجميع الأفارقة، فإن الحقيقة تبقى أن الطريق لن يكون موسوما "بالسهولة والتكريس"، بل سيكون محفوفا بالصعوبات والتحديات. وفي سياق التفاوت وتشتت النهج والأهداف التي تميز القارة الأفريقية، يحاول المقال أن يجيب كيف يمكن للذكاء الاقتصادي أن يكون القاسم المشترك الذي يسمح للبلدان الأفريقية بالتفكير معا في الخيارات التي يتعين اتخاذها، والأخطاء التي يتعين تجنبها، والعقبات التي يتعين التغلب عليها، ونقاط الضعف والقصور التي يتعين التغلب عليها، ونقاط القوة والأصول التي يتعين تطويرها واستغلالها.

Economic intelligence in the African Continental Free Trade Area Issues and challenges This article tackles an important worldwide economic issue, related to the creation and entry into force of the African Continental Free Trade Area. While this event has a definite political and symbolic significance to all Africans, the free trade zone journey will not be marked in "ease and consecration" mode, but will be fraught with difficulties and challenges. In the context of disparity and dispersion of approaches and objectives that characterizes the African continent, this article aims at answering questions of how economic intelligence can be a common denominator that will allow African countries to consider together the choices to make, the mistakes to avoid, the obstacles to overcome, the weaknesses and shortcomings to overcome, and also the strengths and assets that can be developed and enhanced

L’intelligence économique dans la Zone de Libre-Échange Continentale Africaine. Enjeux et défis Cet article traite de la création et de l’entrée en vigueur de la Zone de Libre-échange Continentale Africaine-ZLECA, évènement d’une grande importance économique à l’échelle internationale. Si cet événement a une portée politique et symbolique certaine pour tous les Africains, il n’en demeure pas moins que le parcours de la ZLECA ne sera pas balisé en mode « facilité », mais parsemé de difficultés et de défis à relever. Dans le contexte de disparité et de dispersion d’approches et d’objectifs qui caractérise le continent africain, l’article essaie de répondre comment l’intelligence économique peut être le dénominateur commun qui permettra aux pays africains de réfléchir ensemble sur les choix à faire, les erreurs à éviter, les obstacles à contourner, les faiblesses et les carences à pallier et les forces et atouts à mettre en valeur et à exploiter.
