المستخلص: يعالج هذا البحث موضوع "حقيقة التنازع في صياغات القواعد أو في سياقات الشوارد والشواهد"، وهو موضوع وظيفي منبثق عن موضوع العمل والتعدي، اختلفت فيه مذاهب النحويين، وآراؤهم. ومن أهم أهداف البحث: التدخل لحل النزاع، وإصلاح المشكل، وتقديم وجهة نظر جديدة في معالجته. وقد استخدمت الباحثة فيه المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، مستفيدة من معطيات الدراسات النحوية الأصيلة. وقد قسمت الدراسة إلى مباحث أربعة: أولها: عن مفهوم التنازع "الإعمال"، في اللغة، وفي اصطلاح النحويين. ثم المبحث الثاني: عن ضوابط الإعمال في مسائل الباب، ومدى مطابقة النصوص لها. مدرجة فيه ما اشترطه النحاة فيها، وما خرج من صوره عليها. ثم كان المبحث الثالث استفهاما مجليا للحقيقة: هل هو تنازع العوامل أو القواعد في سياقات الشوارد والشواهد؟ متضمنا مطلبين، الأول: عن مواطن التعقيد في الباب، والثاني عن عدهم كل ما جاء من شواهد تنازعا ينبغي فضه. ثم كان المبحث الرابع: حل الإشكال وإزالة اللبس والإغفال، متضمنا مطلبين: الأول: فيما ورد من شواهده على التخريج والتوجيه، والثاني فيما ينبني عليها من بنود الإصلاح والإبلال. ثم جاءت خاتمة البحث. ومن أهم النتائج فيه: السعي لحل الإشكال الموجود في النصوص، وقد كان المرشد في ذلك هو تقسيم الوارد إلى ثلاثة أنواع: تناوع، وتوازع، وتشارك. مغلبين عليها جانب التسامح في التعاطي، والتفاسح في التراضي. ومن أهم التوصيات: إعادة قراءة أبواب النحو قراءة متأنية تبعد عنه الخلافات التي تعتمد على الحجج المنطقية والفلسفية التي لا طائل منها، والغوص في دلالة المعنى والسياق؛ لنخرج بفوائد جمة.

This research deals with the topic of "the truth of conflict in the formulations of grammar or in the contexts of witnesses and witnesses". It is a functional topic that stems from the subject of work and transgression, in which the doctrines of the grammarians and their opinions differ. Among the most important objectives of the research are: Intervention to solve the conflict, fix the problem, and present a new viewpoint in dealing with it. The researcher used the descriptive-analytical method, taking advantage of the data of original grammatical studies. The study was divided into four topics: The first is about the concept of conflict "realization", making two demands in it: the first: the concept of conflict in language, and the second: its definition in the terminology of grammarians. Then the second topic: on the controls of implementation in the matters of the section, and the extent of conformity of the texts to them. Two demands are included in it: what the grammarians have stipulated in it, and what came out of its images on it. Then the third topic was an open questioning of the truth: Is it the conflict of factors or rules in the contexts of electrolytes and evidence ?! Including two requirements: the first on the areas of complexity in the chapter, and the second on their enumeration of all the evidence of a conflict that must be resolved. Then the fourth topic was: Solving the problem and removing confusion and omission, including two requirements: the first: with regard to the evidence for graduation and direction, and the second with what is based on the terms of reform and degradation. Then came the conclusion of the search. Among the most important results in it: Striving to solve the problem present in the texts, and the guide in that was the division of the contents into three types: diversity, equilibrium, and sharing. They are overcome by the tolerance aspect of abuse, and tolerance in consensual behavior. Among the most important recommendations: re-reading the chapters of grammar carefully, avoiding disagreements that depend on logical and philosophical arguments that are useless, and delving into the significance of meaning and context. Let's come up with huge benefits.
