المستخلص: تتسم الأحكام النحوية بالثبات والاطراد غالبا، وهي مبنية على شروط محددة، إذا تخلف شرط منها سقط الحكم، وهذا لا خلاف فيه بين النحاة؛ لأن الشرط يلزم من عدمه العدم، إلا أننا أحيانا نجد حالات يتخلف فيها شرط من الشروط الواجبة، فيلزم من ذلك أن يمتنع الحكم، لكن النحاة في هذه الحالات اشترطوا شروطا أضافوها جبرا وعوضا عما فات من الشرط الأصلي المفقود، والذي بفقده امتنع الحكم، فإذا توفر هذا الشرط كان بمثابة العوض عن النقص الحاصل بفقدان الشرط الأصلي، ويبقى الحكم قائما. فما القضايا النحوية التي اشترط فيها النحاة شروطا تعويضية؟ وما هذه الشروط؟ وما فائدتها؟ وما موقف العلماء من هذه الشروط؟ فكان هذا البحث وعنوانه (الشروط التعويضية في القضايا النحوية جمع ودراسة) جوابا لتلك الأسئلة، وهو يقوم على المنهج الاستقرائي التحليلي، حيث تتبعت الشروط التعويضية في مختلف القضايا النحوية. ووقفت عليها بالدراسة والمناقشة، مبينا آراء النحاة فيها، معتمدا على الكتب الأصيلة. وقد قامت هذه الدراسة على المنهج الاستقرائي التحليلي، حيث تتبعت الشروط التعويضية في مختلف القضايا النحوية ووقفت عليها بالدراسة والمناقشة مبينا آراء النحاة فيها، معتمدا على الكتب الأصيلة، مرجحا الرأي الراجح إذا وجد اختلاف بين العلماء. وقد جاء البحث في مقدمة، وستة مباحث، وخاتمة بها أهم نتائج البحث.

Grammatical rulings are often characterized by stability and consistency, and they are based on specific conditions. Because the condition requires non-existence, except that sometimes we find cases in which one of the obligatory conditions is missing, so it is necessary that the ruling be refrained, but the grammarians in these cases stipulated conditions that they added by force and instead of what was missed from the original missing condition, which by losing it the ruling declined. The availability of this condition was a compensation for the deficiency in the loss of the original condition, and the ruling remains valid. What are the grammatical issues in which the grammarians stipulated compensation conditions? And what are these conditions? And what is the benefit?
