المستخلص: تهدف هذه المقالة إلى التعرف على ماهية البيانات الضخمة وتحليلاتها وأهميتها وعناصرها، ورصد البيانات الضخمة بالمكتبات، وحصر التحديات التي تواجه تطبيق تحليلات البيانات الضخمة، والتعرف على أنواع تحليلات البيانات الضخمة، ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة أن تحليل البيانات الضخمة يساعد على رصد واكتشاف أوجه القوة والضعف، ويقدم للمسئولين حلولا للمشكلات وفقا لنتائج التحليل، بما يتناسب مع طبيعة الجهة أو الهيئة، وأن تحليل البيانات الضخمة يزيد من فرص التنافس بما يحقق ميزات ونتائج جديدة، وتزيد من فرص التطور والتنمية وأن تحليل البيانات الضخمة يساعد في اتخاذ قرارات صحيحة، وزيادة فرص التنبؤ بالمستقبل، وتتمثل أدوات تحليل البيانات الضخمة في ثلاث أدوات رئيسة وهي أدوات التنقيب وأدوات التحليل وأدوات عرض النتائج، وأن بيانات المكتبة تعتبر بيانات ضخمة وذلك بسبب مقتنياتها ذات التنوع الواضح، والسرعة العالية، والحجم الهائل، ويمكن الاستفادة من تحليلات البيانات الضخمة في المكتبة في إدارة مقتنيات المكتبة وقواعد بيانات المستفيدين وتنمية الموارد البشرية بالإضافة لخدمات المعلومات المتاحة بالمكتبة وفى ترشيد سياسة الإنفاق.

This article aims to identify the nature of big data and its Analytics, its importance and elements, monitor big data in libraries, identify the challenges facing the application of big data analytics, and identify the types of big data analytics, and one of the most important findings of the study is that big data Analytics helps to monitor and discover aspects of Strengths and weaknesses, and provides officials with solutions to problems according to the results of the Analytics, commensurate with the nature of the entity or body, and that the Analytics of big data increases the chances of competition in order to achieve new features and results. It increases the chances of development and development and that the Analytics of big data helps in making correct decisions, and increasing the chances of predicting the future, and the tools of big data Analytics are represented in three main tools, namely, the exploration tools, the Analytics tools and the tools for displaying the results, and that the library's data is considered huge data because of its holdings of clear diversity, and high speed, And the huge size, and the big data analyzes in the library can be benefited from in managing the Library's holdings, databases of beneficiaries and human resource development, in addition to the information services available in the library and in rationalizing the spending policy.
