المستخلص: فطن علماء العربية القدامى مبكرا إلى ضرورة تحديد الفروق اللغوية بين الكلمات المتقاربة دلاليا، وقد أثمرت جهودهم الدراسية عن بعض المعايير التي تبرز تلك الفروق، ومن أهم تلك المعايير التي أسسوا لها تطبيقيا معيار السياق، وفي العصر الحديث اهتم اللسانيون الغربيون والعرب بالسياق نظرية وتطبيقا، فما المقصود بالمعيار السياقي؟ وإلى أي مدى كان المعيار السياقي دقيقا في إظهار الملامح الدلالية الفارقة؟ وما العوائق التي تقف دون فعالية المعايير السياقية في تحليل النصوص العربية؟ لقد عالج البحث تلك القضية عبر المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، فأصل لمفهوم الفروق اللغوية في البدء، ثم رصد المعايير السياقية في تراثنا العربي، ثم تناول منجز الدرس اللغوي الحديث الذي وضع معيار السياق ضمن مخططات دقيقة لإبراز الفروق اللغوية بين الكلمات المتقاربة دلاليا؛ ومن أبرز النتائج التي خلص إليها البحث الحضور القوي للمعايير السياقية في تراثنا العربي من الناحية التطبيقية، بخلاف الجانب النظري، وأثبت البحث أهمية المعايير السياقية في إظهار السمات الدلالية الفارقة بين الكلمات المتقاربة دلاليا، كما كشف عن نقاط القوة والضعف في مخططات المعايير السياقية، والإشكالات التي تقف دون فاعلية هذه المعايير عند التطبيق، مثل: غياب الملابسات السياقية المحيطة بكثير من الألفاظ، والتغير الدلالي والمصاحبات الزائفة، والمجاز والتضمين اللذان يحولان دون انتظام واستمرار بعض الفروق اللغوية، وانتهى البحث إلى توصيات عملية لاستثمار معايير المستوى السياقي على الوجه الأمثل.

Ancient Arab scholars were aware of the necessity of defining the linguistic differences among synonyms, and their academic study has resulted in some standards that highlight those differences, including the most important ones that have established the standard of context. Western and Arab linguists are greatly interested in the context; theory and practice. So, what is meant by contextual standard? And to what extent is it accurate in identifying the significant semantic features? What are the obstacles that prevent the efficiency of contextual standards in analyzing Arabic texts? The research has addressed this issue through the analytical descriptive approach. Therefore, it established the concept of linguistic differences at first, observed contextual standards in our Arab heritage, and then addressed what has been achieved in the modern language researches, which set the context standard in precise charts to highlight linguistic differences among synonyms. One the most prominent findings of the research is the strong presence of contextual standards in our Arab heritage in practice, unlike the theoretical aspect. The research proved the importance of contextual standards in addressing the semantic features that distinguish between synonyms, revealing the strengths and weaknesses of the outlines of contextual standards, as well as the problems that prevent these standards from being applied, such as: the absence of contextual circumstances surrounding many words, semantic change and false collocations, metaphor and embedding that prevent the regularity and persistence of certain linguistic differences. The research has resulted in practical recommendations for the optimal use of contextual standards.
