المستخلص: جاء البحث بعنوان همزة السلب والإزالة في القرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية، (دراسة وصفية دلالية)، وهو عبارة عن دراسة في توضيح أثر إضافة الهمزة على الفعل، وما يتبعه من تغيير في المعنى إلى المعنى المضاد، وهو ما يعرف بهمزة السلب، ومعرفة دلالات همزة السلب كما وردت في كتب التفاسير، وشروح الحديث، والمعاجم. واقتضت طبيعة البحث أن يكون في مقدمة، وتمهيد، ومبحثين، وخاتمة، وفهارس. المقدمة واشتملت على: سبب اختيار الموضوع، منهج البحث، خطوات تحليل مادة الدراسة، وجاء في التمهيد شرح لفظة (الحرف)، ومعاني الحروف، وتقسيم الحروف من حيث دلالتها على المعنى، وتعريف الهمزة (لغة، واصطلاحا)، وتوضيح أوجه دخول الألف على الفعل وعلم الدلالة وأهميته. واشتمل المبحث الأول على الألفاظ التي وردت في القرآن الكريم بهمزة السلب والإزالة. والمبحث الثاني على الألفاظ التي وردت في الحديث النبوي بهمزة السلب والإزالة. ثم الخاتمة: واشتملت على أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها من خلال هذه الدراسة، وما أراه من توصيات. ثم أنهيت البحث بفهارس متنوعة. وانتهيت في البحث إلى توصيات كان من أهمها ضرورة إعادة النظر مرة أخرى في دراسة الحروف العربية، وأثرها في تغيير معاني الألفاظ ودلالتها، وتصنيفها في أبحاث منفردة لكي يستطيع الباحثون الاستفادة منها في مجال اللغة العربية.

The research came under the title Hamzat of negation and removal in the Noble Qur’an and Sunnah, (a describtive study), which is a study in clarifying the effect of adding the hamza on the verb, and the subsequent change in meaning to the opposite meaning, which is known as the hamzat of negation, and knowing the connotations of the hamzat of negation as It was contained in the books of interpretations ,and explanations of the hadith, and dictionaries. The nature of the research required that it be an introduction, a preface, two chapters, a conclusion, and indexes. The introduction included: the reason for choosing the topic, the research method, the steps of analyzing the study material, and in the preface came an explanation of the word (letter), the meanings of the letters, the division of letters in terms of their significance to the meaning, the definition of the hamza (language, idiomatically), and clarification of the aspects of entering the alif into the verb Semantics and its importance. The first topic included the words that were mentioned in the Holy Qur’an with the hamzat of robbery and removal. The second topic deals with the words that were mentioned in the hadith of the Prophet with the hamzat of robbery and removal. Then the conclusion: It included the most important results that I reached through this study, and the recommendations I saw. Then I ended the search with various indexes. And I ended the research with recommendations, the most important of which was the need to reconsider once again the study of Arabic letters, and their impact on changing the meanings of words and their significance, and categorizing them in individual research so that researchers can benefit from them in the field of the Arabic language.
