المستخلص: هذا البحث يتحدث عن الحفاظ على البيئة في الفقه الإسلامي ونصوص القانون، دراسة تطبيقية على واقع حماية الحياة الفطرية بمنطقة الباحة. وقد قسم الباحث بحثه إلى تمهيد ويشتمل على المقدمة وأهمية البحث وأسباب اختياره ومنهج البحث والفرضيات وجعل الباحث الخطة ثلاثة فصول، يحتوي كل فصل على مباحث. ثم جعل الباحث الفصل الأول: للتعريف بالبيئة والحياة الفطرية، وجعله في ثلاثة مباحث. ثم جعل الفصل الثاني: في النظام الإسلامي في حماية البيئة والحياة الفطرية. وفيه أربعة مباحث، ثم جعل الفصل الثالث: في إجراءات الدراسة الميدانية. وفيه ستة مباحث، ثم اختتم الباحث بحثه بأهم النتائج، ثم فهرس المصادر والمراجع. وقد بين الباحث من خلال هذا البحث وجوب الحفاظ على البيئة وأنه مطلب شرعي، قد حث الإسلام عليه، وأن العالم أجمع ينادي ويحث على ضرورة الالتفات للبيئة وحمايتها من الأخطار التي تحدق بها. ثم بين الباحث ما وهب الله منطقة الباحة من هبات إلهية اختصها الله بها دون سائر المناطق الأخرى مما يجعلها وجهة للسياح وللمتأملين في بديع صنع الله. وقد تبين من خلال البحث الحاجة الملحة لإظهار وبيان الأحكام التي قررتها الشريعة الإسلامية، وما نصت عليه القوانين والأنظمة التي تختص بحماية البيئة لصيانة لتلك الهبات والعطايا الإلهية، مواكبا للرؤية الطموحة للمملكة العربية السعودية ٢٠٣٠. وقد قام الباحث بدراسة تطبيقية تهدف من خلالها مدى معرفة المجتمع بمنهج الإسلام في حماية البيئة، ومن خلال ما تم إقراره من أنظمة تختص بحماية الحياة الفطرية في المملكة العربية السعودية عموما، وأثر تطبيقاتها في واقع الحياة الفطرية بمنطقة الباحة من أجل تكوين تصور واضح يعزز حماية البيئة والحياة الفطرية بها. والحمد لله رب العالمين.

This research deals with the preservation of the environment in Islamic jurisprudence and legal texts. An applied study on the fact of protecting wildlife in the Al-Baha region. The researcher has divided his research into a preface including the introduction, the importance of the research, the reasons for choosing it, the research methodology and hypotheses. The researcher made the plan into three chapters, each chapter containing two topics. Then the researcher made the first chapter to deal with: Introducing the environment and wildlife, and made it in three topics. Then he made the second chapter to deal with: The Islamic system in protecting the environment and wildlife. It includes four topics. Then he made the third chapter to deal with: The procedures of the field study. It includes six topics. Then the researcher concluded his research with the most important results then an index of resources and references. The researcher showed through this research the necessity of preserving the environment and that it is a sharia requirement that Islam has urged, and that the whole world calls and urges the need to pay attention to the environment and protect it from the dangers surrounding it. Then the researcher showed the divine gifts that Allah has given to Al-Baha region that He has assigned them to it except all other regions, making it a destination for tourists and thinkers about the greatness of Allah's creation. Through the research it was shown the urgent need to show and clarify the provisions established by Islamic Sharia and the stipulations of the laws and regulations that are concerned with protecting the environment in order to preserve those divine gifts, matching with the ambitious vision 2030 in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The researcher has done an applied study aiming to know how far the society knows about Islam’s approach to protecting the environment, and through the approved regulations for the protection of wildlife in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in general, and the effect of their applications on the wildlife in Al-Baha region in order to create a clear vision that promotes the preservation of the environment and its wild-life.
