المستخلص: سعت الدراسة الحالية إلى تطوير العمل التربوي في مراكز التوجيه والإرشاد بالجامعات السعودية، وذلك من خلال استطلاع آراء مشرفي هذه المراكز عن الوضع الحالي للمراكز لديهم للخروج بقاعدة موحدة تجمع آراء جميع المشرفين، ومن ثم تقديم المقترحات المناسبة للعمل في هذه المراكز، وقد توصلت الدراسة لمجموعة من النتائج أبرزها: أن يكون المسمى: (مركز التوجيه والإرشاد)، ويتبع المركز: (وكالة الجامعة للشؤون الأكاديمية)، ويسمى المسؤول عن المركز: (مديرا أو مشرفا)، ويكون المسؤول عن المركز حاصلا على مؤهل في: (علم النفس)، ويكون المسؤول عن المركز مكافئا لــــ: (عميد)، ويكون البدل المقترح للمسؤول عن المركز: (٠٠٥٢ ريال)، وتكون شهادة الأخصائيين في المركز: (مصنفة من وزارة الصحة أو دكتوراه في علم النفس)، ويكون مسمى وظيفة العاملين في المركز: (أخصائيا)، ويختص العمل في المركز بــــ: (التوجيه والإرشاد الطلابي والدورات التدريبية لهم)، ويركز المسؤول عن المركز على: (الإشراف على العمل بالوحدات، الإشراف على البرامج والملتقيات، وتطوير العمل بالمركز)، ويكون عمل المسؤول عن المركز: (إشرافيا)، وتكون علاقة المسؤول عن المركز بالعيادات هي: (توجيه الحالات لعيادات)، ويركز أخصائيو المركز على: (الجلسات الإرشادية، دراسة الحالات، استقبال الحالات، تطبيق المقاييس، وتنفيذ برامج المركز)، وتكون علاقة الأخصائيين في المركز بالعيادات هي: (الجلسات الإرشادية، ومتابعة الحالات)، ويركز الإداريون في المركز على: (تنظيم الملفات، كتابة الخطابات، المراسلات الداخلية، وتنظيم المقر)، وتكون برامج المركز: (إرشادية تخصصية)، وتركز برامج المركز على: (جوانب الإرشاد الشامل للطلاب، ثم على التدريب)، وتكون أولى الفئات المستهدفة هي: (الطلاب، ثم أعضاء هيئة التدريس)، ويتم تخصيص: (ميزانية خاصة بالمركز)، ولا تقل برامج وفعاليات المركز عن: (خمسة برامج في الفصل الدراسي الواحد).

The current study sought to develop work in the guidance and counseling centers in Saudi universities, by surveying the opinions of the center's supervisors about the current status of the centers they have to come up with a unified base that collects the opinions of all the supervisors, and then submitting appropriate proposals to work in these centers, and the study reached a set of results Most notably: that the name: (Center for Guidance and Counseling), and the center follows: (University Agency for Academic Affairs), and the person in charge of the center is called (Director or Supervisor), and the person in charge of the center has a qualification in: (Psychology), and is responsible for The center is equivalent to: (dean), and the proposed allowance for the person in charge of the center is: (2500 riyals), and the specialist’s certificate at the center is: (classified by the Ministry of Health or a doctorate in psychology), and the position of the staff in the center is: (specialist), specializing Work in the center is: (student guidance and counseling and training courses for them), and the center’s official focuses on: (supervising work in units, supervising programs and forums, and developing work at the center), and the work of the center’s official is: (supervisory). The center with clinics are: (Directing cases to clinics), and the center’s specialists focus on: (counseling sessions, case studies, case reception, application of standards, and implementation of the center’s programs), and the relationship of specialists in the center with clinics is: (counseling sessions, and case follow-up), and administrators in the center focus on: (Organizing files, writing letters, internal correspondence, and organizing the headquarters), and the center’s programs are: (specialized counseling), and the center’s programs focus on: (aspects of comprehensive counseling for students, then on training), and the first target groups are: (students, then members The teaching staff), and: (a budget for the center), and the programs and activities of the center are not less than: (five programs per semester.
