المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد الإطار المفاهيمي للذكاء الاصطناعي، والكشف عن أبرز النظريات والاتجاهات الأخلاقية المفسرة لأخلاقيات الذكاء الاصطناعي، ثم بيان الأسس الإسلامية لأخلاقيات الذكاء الاصطناعي وتطبيقاته المعاصرة - واستخدمت المنهج الوصفي الوثائقي (التحليلي) - ومن أبرز النتائج التي توصلت إليها: أن الذكاء الاصطناعي يمثل علامة حضارية فارقة، وضرورة لمواكبة التطور الحضاري، وأن للذكاء الاصطناعي إيجابيات وإسهامات كبيرة في مساعدة الإنسان في شتى المجالات وأكثرها إلحاحا وحاجة، كالصحة، والطب، والتعليم، والأمن، والصناعة. وتوصلت إلى أن الرؤية الفلسفية المعاصرة تتناول الأخلاقيات المرتبطة بالعلم والذكاء الاصطناعي، بالاستناد على فلسفة أخلاق الفضيلة أو أخلاق المنفعة أو أخلاق الواجب، وتتأسس تلك النظريات على مقولات تحاول تحييد الدين كمكون في توجيه الأخلاق والعلم. وأن التصور الإسلامي يستند في إطاره الأخلاقي للذكاء الاصطناعي إلى العقيدة والشريعة والأخلاق منطلقا للعلم ومخرجاته الحضارية. كما أن أخلاقيات الذكاء الاصطناعي في الرؤية الإسلامية كما حددتها هذه الدراسة تعبر عن المبادئ والمنطلقات التي تحكم مسار السلوك الإنساني وتحدد الأطر والمرجعيات الأخلاقية للعلم والحضارة، دينيا، وقيميا، وحضاريا، وتستند إلى الإيمان بالله ومراعاة المقاصد الشرعية لدين الإسلام، واعتبار القيم الإنسانية والحضارية العليا لحفظ الكرامة الإنسانية. ويعزز القيم ذات العلاقة بضبط استخداماته، ومنها: تقوى الله، الكرامة الإنسانية وحفظ الخصوصية، والصدق والشفافية، والعدل والإنصاف، والمسؤولية والمساءلة.

"This study aims at specifying the conceptual framework of artificial intelligence, revealing the most prominent theories and ethical trends that explain the ethics of artificial intelligence, and then clarifying the Islamic foundations for the ethics of artificial intelligence and its contemporary applications. The researcher adopted the documentary descriptive (analytical) approach. Among the most prominent results concluded by the researcher: that artificial intelligence represents; a necessity to keep pace with civilizational development; and that artificial intelligence has positives and great contributions in helping humans in various fields, the most urgent and need, such as health, medicine, education, security, and industry. The researcher also concluded that the contemporary philosophical vision deals with ethics related to science and artificial intelligence based on the philosophy of virtue ethics, utility ethics, or duty ethics, and these theories are based on sayings that attempt to neutralize religion as a component in directing ethics and science, and that the Islamic conception is based on the ethical framework of artificial intelligence on the creed, Sharia and ethics as a starting point for science and its civilizational outputs. In addition, the ethics of artificial intelligence in the Islamic vision as specified by this study expresses the principles and premises that govern the course of human behavior and define the frameworks and ethical references for science and civilization, religiously, ethically, and civilly, and is based on faith in Allah and observance of the legitimate purposes of the religion of Islam and considering the highest human and civilizational values to preserve dignity humanity, and it enhances the values related to controlling its uses, including: Fear of Allah, human dignity, privacy, honesty and transparency, justice and fairness, responsibility and accountability."
