الحمد لله رب العالمين والصلاة والسلام على سيد المرسلين نبينا محمد وعلى آله الطيبين الطاهرين. يتناول هذا البحث نهج الإمام علي عليه السلام من الناحية الأخلاقية والسياسية، من خلال أقواله وخطبه. ومما لا شك فيه إن التكلم عن الإمام عليه السلام إنما هو تكلم عن إنسان قل نظيره بين الناس فهو ربيب الرسول صل الله عليه وسلم عاصر الرسالة، واستلهم من القرآن أخلاقه فاجتمع في شخصيته ما لم يجتمع لغيره من الصفات الحميدة والمثل العليا. فمن أراد أن يعرف الإسلام فلينظر إلى شخصية الإمام علي عليه السلام فهو بحق يمثلها خير تمثيل. وقد نال الإمام علي عليه السلام أهمية كبيرة من لدن المؤرخين والباحثين في مختلف المعارف والعلوم، ويدلل هذا الاهتمام على مدى ضخامة الأثر الذي تركه في جميع مجالات الحياة. وكانت أقواله مقرونة بالأفعال فقد كان القدوة الحسنة للمحيطين به قبل خلافته، ولولاته ورعيته بعد الخلافة. وقد امتلك الإمام من الفكر النير والفطنة الحادة والذكاء الوقاد ما استطاع أن يقنع الناس بما يقول معززا كلامه بالحجة الدامغة والمنطق السليم الذي لا يخفي على أصحاب العقول الراجحة. وقد كان الإمام حريصا على صلاح مجتمعه على وفق أسس مستقاة من الدين الإسلامي الحنيف، فقدم نصائحه وتوجيهاته خالصة لوجه الله سبحانه وتعالى. وقد قسمت البحث إلى جزئين تناولت في الجزء الأول نهج الإمام السياسي وأخطته من سياسة بعيدة المدى، كانت دستورا متكاملا تصلح لسياسة البلدان المختلفة، سياسة مطبوعة بطابع إسلامي لا تخرج عن معاييره الشرعية، وقد اتبع الإمام سياسة نظم فيها أمور الدولة ووضع أسس فيها ما تكون عليه شخصية الوالي وعلاقته بالرعية محددا تلك العلاقة بضوابط منها المساواة بين أبناء المجتمع، والعدل بينهم واحترام إنسانيتهم، فضلا عن تقدير ظروفهم وما يمرون به من ضعف وحاجة ويدعو كذلك إلى حرمة دم الإنسان وماله وعرضه، فضلا عن نهجه في اختيار القضاة المستند إلى مجموعة من الصفات التي تؤهله حتى يكون قاضيا، وقد اتضح من خلال البحث أن الإمام علي عليه السلام كان يعتمد في إدارة الدولة على الوصايا والرسائل التي يوجهها إلى الولاة وطغى على رسائله للولاة الصبغة الأخلاقية والإنسانية وقد ترك الإمام عليه السلام من الوصايا والتوجيهات ما كان لها الأثر الكبير في تاريخ الفكر السياسي الإسلامي.
This paper deals with the ethical and political approach of Imam Ali, peace be upon him, through praise be to God, Lord of the worlds, and prayers and peace be upon the Master of the Messengers, our Prophet Muhammad, and upon his family, his words and sermons. There is no doubt that speaking about the Imam, peace be upon him, is speaking about a person whose counterpart is less among the people, for he is the protector of the Messenger, may God's prayers and peace be upon him, a contemporary of the message. Whoever wants to know Islam, let him look at the personality of Imam Ali, peace be upon him, for he is truly represented. Imam Ali, peace be upon him, has gained great importance from historians and researchers in various knowledge and sciences, and this interest indicates the enormous impact he left in all areas of life. His words were coupled with deeds, as he was a good example to those around him before his caliphate, and his succession and parish after the caliphate. The Imam possessed of luminous thought, sharp acumen and sharp intelligence that he was able to convince people of what he said, reinforcing his words with compelling argument and common sense that are not hidden from the owners of correct minds. The Imam was keen on the goodness of his society according to foundations drawn from the true Islamic religion. He provided his advice and guidance purely for the sake of God Almighty. The research was divided into two parts. In the first part, I dealt with the approach of the political imam and his long-term policy, which was an integrated constitution suitable for the policy of different countries. The personality of the ruler and his relationship with the parish, defining that relationship with restrictions, including equality between members of society, justice between them and respect for their humanity, as well as an appreciation of their circumstances and the weakness and need they are going through. To qualify him to be a judge, and it has been evident through research that Imam Ali, peace be upon him, used to rely on the administration of the state on commandments and messages that he addressed to the governors and dominated his messages to the governors of the moral and humanitarian character. The Imam, peace be upon him, left the commandments and directives that had a great impact on the history of thought Islamic political.
