المستخلص: من خلال خبرت الباحثة كونها مدربة ومدرسة لشعبة الأنشطة الطلابية في كلية العلوم ومقابلتها للعديد من لاعبي ومدربي كرة السلة وجدت أنهم يواجهون مشكلات تتعلق بالمناخ النفسي وجو العلاقات الاجتماعية داخل الملعب مما ينعكس سلبا على أداءهم، وإهمال الإعداد النفسي وعدم الإدراك الكافي للمناخ النفسي للاعبي كرة السلة وأبعاده المختلفة قد أثر سلبا على أداءهم ومن ثم نتائجهم، لذا ارتأت الخوض في دراسة مقارنة في مستوى المناخ النفسي بين لاعبو كلية العلوم وكلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة بكرة السلة لمعرفة الأسباب الكامنة وراء توفير المناخ النفسي من عدمه وتأثيراته على تحقيق الأهداف من جهة وأداء اللاعبين من جهة أخرى. ويهدف البحث إلى: 1-التعرف على مستوى المناخ النفسي لاعبي كلية العلوم ولاعبو كلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة بكرة السلة. 2-مقارنة في مستوى المناخ النفسي بين لاعبي كلية العلوم وكلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة بكرة السلة. واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي بالدراسة المقارنة والارتباطية لأنها الأسلوب المناسب لحل مشكلة البحث. تم تحديد مجتمع البحث بالطريقة العمدية الذي يتكون من لاعبي كرة السلة في كلية العلوم وكلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة في الجامعة المستنصرية والبالغ عددهن (28) لاعب وهم مجمع البحث بواقع (13) لاعب يمثلون منتخب كلية العلوم و(15) لاعب يمثلون منتخب كلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة تم اختيارهم بصورة عمدية وتم استبعاد (5) لاعبين مثلو التجربة الاستطلاعية بواقع (2) لاعب من كلية العلوم و(3) لاعب من كلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة وبلغت عينة البحث(23) لاعب بواقع (11) لاعب في كلية العلوم و(12) لاعب من لاعبي منتخب كلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة للسنة الدراسية (2018 -2019) وشكلت نسبة العينة إلى المجتمع الأصلي 88.90%.

Through the researcher's experience as a coach and a teacher for the Student Activities Section in the College of Science and her interview with many basketball players and coaches, she found that they face problems related to the psychological climate and the atmosphere of social relations inside the stadium, which reflects negatively on their performance, neglecting psychological numbers and insufficient awareness of the psychological climate of basketball players and its different dimensions have negatively affected their performance and then their results, so the researcher decided to go into a comparative study on the level of psychological climate between the players of the College of Science and the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences with basketball to find out the reasons behind the provision of Psychological climate or lack thereof and its effects on the achievement of goals on the one hand and the performance of players on the other hand. The research aims to: 1. Identify the level of psychological climate for the College of Science players and the College of Physical Education and Sports Science basketball players. 2. Compare the level of psychological climate between the players of the College of Science and the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences with Basketball. The researcher used the descriptive approach in the comparative and the correlative study because it is the appropriate method to solve the research problem. The research community was determined by an deliberate method, which consists of basketball players in the College of Science and the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at Al-Mustansiriya University, whose number is (28) players, and the research community consists of (13) players representing the team of the College of Science and (15) players representing the team of the College of Education Physical education and sport sciences, deliberately selected, and (5) players, who represented the exploratory experience, were excluded by (2) players from the College of Science and (3) players from the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences and the research sample reached (23) players by (11) players in the College of Science And (12) players from the team of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences for the academic year (2018 -2019), and the percentage of the sample to the original community was 88.90%.
