المستخلص: أن نجاح أي عمل رياضي لابد أن تكون هناك إدارة مشرفة فعالة وكفؤة لها القدرة على غرس الحماس في نفوس القائمين على العمل الرياضي وتوجيه الجهود وتنسيقها بالشكل المطلوب من خلال، العلاقات الجيدة وذلك باتخاذ القرارات الجيدة والمناسبة لكل موقف، ونذكر أيضا دور تلك الهيئات الإدارية في التأثير على الآخرين وكسب طاعتهم واحترامهم وبث روح التعاون بينهم وتحفيزهم كل هذا من خلال الإشراف الإداري الفعال لتلك الهيئات. ولكي يؤدي الإشراف الإداري دوره كأسلوب متميز في تطوير العمل الإداري والرقي به فإنه لا بد له من أن يطور مفاهيمه وأساليبه وأنماطه، وأن يصبح له دور أساسي وفاعل في تطوير قدرات الإداريين العامليين في الهيئات الإدارية وتطوير إمكاناتهم من خلال تزويدهم بالمعارف والمهارات والاتجاهات الإيجابية التي تمكنهم من أداء عمله بكفاءة عالية. ويتضح لنا أهمية دور الإشراف الإداري الفعال في الهيئات الإدارية للأندية الرياضية ومدى تأثير في أداء عمل هذه الإدارات، والتي تحتم بوجود إدارة مشرفة فعالة وكفؤة تكون لها القدرة على التفوق في العمل الإداري، لذا يعد الإشراف الإداري الفعال أحد الدعامات الأساسية والمهمة في إدارة أعمال الأندية. استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي ذات الأسلوب المسحي لأنه أكثر ملائمة لطبيعة المشكلة، لذا تم اختيار عينة البحث بالطريقة (العمدية) وتمثلت عينة البحث من (173) إداري وبنسبة 100% لمجتمع البحث وتوزعت العينة كالآتي: أولا: عينة البحث الاستطلاعية وقد شملت (14) إداري من مجتمع البحث. ثانيا: عينة التطبيق النهائي وقد شملت (152) إداري من مجتمع البحث. وقام الباحث بعرض نتائج بناء وتطبيق مقياس أبعاد الأشراف الإداري الفعال لدى الهيئات الإدارية للأندية من وجهة نظر أعضاء الهيئة الإدارية.

For the success of any sports work, there must be an effective and efficient supervisory administration that has the ability to instill enthusiasm in the hearts of those in charge of sports work and direct and coordinate efforts in the required manner through good relations by making good and appropriate decisions for each situation, and we also mention the role of these administrative bodies in influencing others, gain their obedience and respect, and spread the spirit of cooperation among them and motivate them, all through the effective administrative supervision of these bodies. In order for administrative supervision to play its role as a distinct method in the development and advancement of administrative work, it must develop its concepts, methods and patterns, and become a fundamental and effective role in developing the capabilities of the working administrators in administrative bodies and developing their capabilities by providing them with knowledge, skills and positive trends that enable them to perform its work efficiently. It becomes clear to us the importance of the role of effective administrative supervision in the administrative bodies of sports clubs and the extent of its impact on the performance of the work of these departments, which necessitates the existence of an effective and efficient supervisory administration that has the ability to excel in administrative work, so effective administrative supervision is one of the main and important pillars in managing the business of clubs. The researcher used the descriptive approach with the survey method because it is more appropriate to the nature of the problem, so the research sample was chosen by the (intentional) method. First: The exploratory research sample included (14) administrators from the research community. Second: The final application sample included (152) administrators from the research community. The researcher presented the results of building and applying a scale of the dimensions of effective administrative supervision in the administrative bodies of clubs from the point of view of the members of the administrative body.
