المستخلص: يهدف إلى التعرف على مستوى الثقافة الريادية واتخاذ القرار لدى مديري المديريات العامة للتربية في محافظة بغداد من وجهة نظر رؤساء الأقسام، وتعرف دلالة الفروق في وجهات نظر رؤساء الأقسام تبعاً لمتغيري المديرية ومدة الخدمة. واعتمدت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي، وأعدت مقياس لقياس الثقافة الريادية تكون من (٢٥) فقرة، في حين تبنت مقياس لاتخاذ القرار متكون من (٢٦) فقرة، وتم التحقق من الصدق الظاهري للمقياسين وثباتهما، ومن ثم طبقاً على عينة من رؤساء الأقسام في المديريات العامة للتربية بلغت (٦٠) رئيس قسم، وبعد المعالجة الاحصائية للبيانات المستحصلة من العينة باستخدام الاختبار التائي لعينة واحدة وتحليل التباين الثنائي توصل البحث إلى أن: مستوى الثقافة الريادية لدى مديري المديريات العامة للتربية في محافظة بغداد كان ضعيفاً من وجهة نظر رؤساء الأقسام، في حين أن مستوى اتخاذ القرار لدى مديري المديريات العامة للتربية في محافظة بغداد كان مرتفعاً من وجهة نظر رؤساء الأقسام. ولم تكن هناك فروق دالة احصائياً في وجهات نظر أفرد العينة من رؤساء الأقسام حول الثقافة الريادية واتخاذ القرار لدى مديري المديريات العامة للتربية في محافظة بغداد تبعاً لمتغيري المديرية ومدة الخدمة، فضلاً عن ذلك أظهرت النتائج أن هناك علاقة دالة احصائياً بين الثقافة الريادية واتخاذ القرار.

The aim of the current research is to know the level of entrepreneurial culture and decision-making among the directors of the General Directorates of Education in the province of Baghdad from the point of view of the heads of departments, and to know the significance of the differences in the views of the heads of departments according to the variables of the directorate and the length of service. The researcher adopted the descriptive approach, and prepared a scale to measure the entrepreneurial culture consisting of (25) items, while she adopted a scale for decision-making consisting of (26) items, and the apparent validity and stability of the two scales were verified, and then according to a sample of department heads in the General Directorates of Education It reached (60) department head, and after statistical treatment of the data obtained from the sample using the one-sample t-test and binary variance analysis, the research concluded that: The level of entrepreneurial culture among the directors of the General Directorates of Education in the province of Baghdad was weak from the point of view of the heads of departments, while the The decision-making of the directors of the general directorates of education in the province of Baghdad was high from the point of view of the heads of departments. There were no statistically significant differences in the views of the sample members of department heads about entrepreneurial culture and decision-making among the directors of the General Directorates of Education in the province of Baghdad, according to the directorate's variables and length of service.
