تضمن البحث على التعريف بشريحة ذوي الإعاقة والمشاكل التي تواجههم والإشارة إلى أهمية دورهم في المجتمع وضرورة إيجاد وسائل تقلل من حجم المعناة لديهم وخاصة في جو المدرسة فيجب أن يكون المعلم ذو خبرة كافية في التعامل النفسي والحركي معهم، وقد تجلت أهمية البحث في التعرف على قدر المعلومات والمعارف التي يمتلكها معلمو درس التربية الرياضية لتمكنهم معارفهم للتعامل مع شريحة ذوي الإعاقة، في حين تحددت مشكلة البحث بعدم وجود دورات تطويرية لمعلمي التربية الرياضية التي تهدف إلى تثقيفهم بالمعلومات والمهارات الخاصة بالتعامل مع هذه الشريحة، لذلك ارتأى الباحثان أن يقيما دورة تطويرية مقترحة، تهدف لرفع المستوى المعرفي وخاصة بالجانب النفسي والحركي لدى معلمي درس التربية الرياضية للتعامل مع ذوي الإعاقة. وكان هدف البحث هو التعرف على أثر تطوير الدورة المقترحة للمعلومات النفسية والحركية لمعلمي التربية الرياضية للتلاميذ ذوي الإعاقة. واستخدم الباحثان المنهج التجريبي على عينة متكونة من (٤٠) معلما من مدارس يتواجد فيها تلاميذ من ذوي الإعاقة، حيث قام الباحثان بإعداد استبانة وتم عرض الاستبانة على الخبراء وقاموا بتقييمها، وبعدها تم إجراء تجربة استطلاعية للتعرف على أهم المعوقات التي قد تواجه الباحثين، ثم قام الباحثان بتوزيع الاستبانات على المعلمين المشاركين بالدورة التطويرية في اليوم الأول حيث تم ملء الاستبانة بما يملكونه من معلومات ومعارف علمية متعلقة بذوي الإعاقة، وبعد أن تم إنهاء مفردات الدورة الممتدة على مدار خمسة أيام قام الباحثان بتوزيع الاستبانات للمرة الثانية ليتم ملئها من جديد بما اكتسبوه من خبرات ومعارف علمية خلال فترة الدورة من 5/ 3/ 2017 إلى 9/ 3/ 2017، وتم استخدام الوسائل الإحصائية الملائمة لموضوع البحث للوصول إلى النتائج الدقيقة. وللتحقق من فروض البحث تم عرض ومناقشة النتائج وفق آراء الباحثين مدعومة بالمصادر العربية والأجنبية ذات العلاقة بموضوع البحث. حيث توصل الباحثان إلى عدد من الاستنتاجات ومنها: 1-أن معلمي التربية الرياضية بحاجة إلى دورات تطويرية للتعامل مع ذوي الإعاقة. 2-للدورات التطويرية أثر واضح في إكساب معلمي التربية الرياضية معلومات في التعامل نفسيا وحركيا مع ذوي الإعاقة. أما أهم التوصيات فهي: 1-تعميم البرنامج على معلمي التربية الرياضية في مديرية تربية الكرخ الثانية لغرض الإفادة منه لما له من أثر واضح في إكسابهم معلومات التعامل نفسيا وحركيا مع التلاميذ ذوي الإعاقة. 2-إجراء دراسة مماثلة لتدريب مدرسي التربية الرياضية في مديرية تربية بغداد الكرخ الثانية.
The research included the definition of the disabled and the problems facing them and the importance of their role in society and the need to find ways to reduce the size of their dependents, especially in the atmosphere of the school must be a teacher with sufficient experience in dealing with psychological and dynamic with them, has been the importance of research in the identification of information And the knowledge possessed by the teachers of the lesson of physical education to enable them knowledge to deal with the disabled, while the problem was determined by the lack of research courses for teachers of physical education, which aims to educate them with information and skills to deal with this segment, Lima developmental cycle proposed, aims to raise the level of knowledge, especially the psychological aspect of motor and the teachers of physical education lesson to deal with people with disabilities. The aim of the research was to identify the effect of the proposed course of psychological and motor information for physical education teachers for students with disabilities. The researchers used the experimental method on a sample consisting of 40 teachers from schools where students with disabilities were present. The researchers then distributed the questionnaires to the teachers who participated in the development session on the first day, where the questionnaire was filled with the information they had and scientific knowledge of the pleasures. After the completion of the vocabulary of the five-day course, the researchers distributed the questionnaires for the second time to be filled again with the acquired scientific expertise and knowledge during the period of the session from 5/ 3/ 2017 to 9/ 3/ 2017, and the use of appropriate statistical means For the research topic to reach accurate results. In order to verify the research hypotheses, the results were presented and discussed according to the researchers' opinions, supported by Arab and foreign sources related to the research topic. Where the researchers reached a number of conclusions, including: 1-Teachers of physical education need to develop courses to deal with people with disabilities. 2-Development courses have a clear impact on the provision of physical education teachers information in the treatment of psychologically and with the movement of people with disabilities. The most important recommendations are: 1-Mainstreaming the program to the teachers of physical education in the Directorate of Education of Karkh II for the purpose of benefiting from it did not have a clear effect in providing psychological and emotional information to students with disabilities. 2-Conduct a similar study for the training of physical education teachers in the Directorate of Education Baghdad Karkh II.
