المستخلص: أصبح البحث العلم من أهم العوامل الأساسية المصاحبة لتطوير المجتمعات البشرية المعاصرة للوصول إلى أعلى المستويات في مجال التربية الرياضية بصفة خاصة، في هذا العصر الذي نعيشه اتسمت نواحي الحياة المختلفة العلمية والعملية بالتطور السريع والتقدم المستمر والمعرفة المتجددة التي تركزت على كل ما يتوصل إليه الإنسان من نظريات وحقائق علمية متتابعة. وتعتبر رياضة الكاراتيه من الرياضات التنافسية التي تمارس وفق قوانين وقواعد محددة ومعروفة بنظمها الاتحاد الدولي للكاراتيه، وفيها يخضع الشخص لبرنامج تدريبي منظم يهدف في نهايته تحقيق إنجاز منشود وهذا يتطلب بذل الجهد والانتظام في التدريب لفترات طويلة ومستمرة، وقد شهد التاريخ في السنوات الأخيرة تقدما علميا ملحوظا في مجال التدريب الرياضي وتدريب الكاراتيه بصفة خاصة، قد انعكس ذلك على زيادة البحوث فضلا عن الكتب العلمية المتخصصة التي تسعى للاستفادة من الدراسات والبحوث العلمية وتتوج هذه الاستفادة في مجال تخطيط وتطوير الكاراتيه. مشكلة البحث: يرتبط تحقيق التقدم لمستوى الإنجاز والتطوير في رياضة الكاراتيه على العديد من العوامل المتداخلة والتي يمكن عن طريق دراستها التوصل لأفضل إنجاز وتطوير في إطار منظومة التطور التكنولوجي في عصر النانو تكنولوجي بالتطور في الأجهزة الخاصة بالقياس والبرامج الإلكترونية والتوسع في بناء قواعد البيانات والقدرة على تحقيق المطلوب في أقل وقت ممكن، والقدرة على الاستعلام عن البيانات سواء فرد، والقدرة على إحساب النقط الفنية عن طريق الأجهزة المستخدمة في إدارة المباريات الدولية والمحلية أهمية الدراسة: تكوين رؤية مستقبلية في تطوير رياضة الكاراتيه في العديد من النواحي (البدنية-المهارية-الإدارية) استخدام مستحدثات التكنولوجية في الرؤية المستقبلية للتطوير (طوكيو 2020) أهداف الدراسة: تهدف الدراسة إلى رؤية مقترحة لتطوير رياضة الكاراتيه في ضوء النانو تكنولوجي طوكيو (٢٠٢٠) مصطلحات الدراسة: - الرؤية: أحد العناصر الأساسية في الإدارة الاستراتيجية، ويشير هذا المفهوم إلى الوجهة المستقبلية للأشياء، بما فيها منظمات الأعمال والمؤسسات والقطاعات المختلفة سواء الخاص أو العام وكذلك الدول، وتمثل هذه الوجهة جملة من التصورات أو التوجهات أو الطموحات لما يجب أن يكون عليه الحال في المستقبل. (الشافعي، ١٩٩٧، صفحة ١٢) - رياضة الكاراتيه: هي إحدى الرياضات التنافسية التي تؤدي باليد والرجل وتتكون من الأساسيات والكاتات والكومتية (عاصم، ٢٠١٦، صفحة ٨)

- النانو تكنولوجي: هو العلم الذي يستخدم تقنية النانو في هذا المجال بشكل عام لهدفين، أولا لتقوية الأدوات الرياضية، وثانيا لإكسابها المرونة والخفة. حيث أن بعض جسيمات النانو أقوى بمائة مرة من المعدن الصلب وأخف منه بست مرات. والقدرة على استخدام القياسات بطريقة تكنولوجية دقيقة (الزهراني، ٢٠٠٩، صفحة 14) محاور الدراسة: 1- المحور الأول: المواصفات التي تتوافرها في المدرب والحكم والإداري. 2- المحور الثاني: المواصفات التي تتوافر في شؤون اللاعبين. 3- المحور الثالث: المواصفات التي تتوافر في لجنة الاختبارات. 4- المحور الرابع: المواصفات التي تتوافراها في المسابقات والمشاركات المنتخبات القومية. إجراءات البحث - منهج البحث: استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي (الدراسات المسحية) لملائمته لطبيعة وهدف البحث. - مجتمع وعينة البحث: يتمثل مجتمع البحث المدربين واللاعبين والإداريين والمسجلين بالاتحاد المصري للكاراتيه، وقد وتم اختيار عينة البحث من بينهم بالطريقة العمدية وعددهم (٥٠٠) لاعب، (50) مدرب، (37) إداري من المسجلين في الاتحاد المصري للكاراتيه التوصيات: في ضوء الحقائق العلمية التي أظهرتها نتائج البحث تم استخلاص التوصيات التالية: 1- اعتماد المحاور الأربعة في ضوء الرؤية المقترحة. 2- استخدام التكنولوجيا والمستحدثات التكنولوجية (النانو تكنولوجية) في الرؤية المقترحة. 3- أظهرت النتائج أن نسبة المساهمة مرتفعة تستحق أن تنفيذ من خلال النتائج.

History has witnessed in recent years remarkable scientific progress In the field of sports training and karate training in particular, this has been reflected in the increase of research as well as specialized scientific books that seek to benefit from scientific studies and research and culminate in this benefit in the planning and development of karate Research problem: The achievement of progress in the level of achievement and development in karate is linked to many interrelated factors which can be achieved by studying the best achievement and development within the system of technological development in the nanotechnology era by the development of measuring devices and electronic programs and expanding the building of databases and the ability to achieve Required in the shortest possible time, the ability to inquire about data, whether individual, and the ability to calculate the technical points through the devices used in the management of international and domestic matches The importance of the study: To create a future vision in the development of karate sport in many aspects (physical - skill - administrative) Use of technological innovations in the future vision for development (Tokyo 2020) Objectives of the study: The study aims at a proposed vision for the development of karate sport in the light of nanotechnology Tokyo (2020) Terminology of study: - Vision: One of the key elements of strategic management.
