المستخلص: تكمن المهمة في دراسة البيئة الحضرية من خلال مجموعة من المتغيرات ذات الأهمية بالنسبة للسكان من حيث عنصر التأثير والتأثر، إذ إن أي تغير يطرأ من الممكن إن ينعكس سلبا أو إيجابا على المدينة ومدى انسجامها مع المعايير العالمية والمحلية للجودة البيئية، لذا جاءت الدراسة ببعض المؤشرات التي تبين مدى جودة الحياة البيئية في مدينة الشطرة وانعكاسها على مدى الرضا السكاني من خلال إجراء بعض القياسات والاستبيانات في المدينة بعد تقسيمها إلى أنماط عمرانية ومن ثم جدولة البيانات لتلخيص المعلومات واستنباط النتائج المطلوبة، والتحليل العاملي يقوم بتلخيص عدد المتغيرات عن طريق تجميع المتغيرات ذات الارتباط ببعضها؛ بغية الوصول إلى قيمة رقمية للحكم على نوع العلاقة بين مؤشرات الظاهرة قيد الدراسة في حين تمثل طريقة الانحدار إحدى النماذج الفعالة والجيدة التي إفادة منها البحوث الجغرافية لبناء النموذج. لذا يعد بناء النموذج من المراحل المتقدمة في الدراسات الحضرية الحديثة. ينبغي اللجوء إلى الإحصاء لبناء نموذج متغيرات البيئة الحضرية في المستقرات البشرية إذ استخدم التحليل العاملي وتحليل الانحدار المتعدد من اجل الكشف عن مدى العدالة والتوازن في التوزيع المكاني للمتغيرات البيئية في مدينة الشطرة بغية التنبؤ بالمتغيرات التابعة لها ودرجات علاقات الارتباط بمتغيراتها المستقلة، وقد توصل البحث إلى جملة من الاستنتاجات أهمها ظهور عدد من الأنماط المكانية التي تتدرج حسب الإحياء السكنية للمدينة، فضلا عن إمكانية أن يكون المتغير المعتمد في بناء النماذج التخطيطية لمعادلات الانحدار متغيرا تابعا تارة ومتغيرا مستقلا تارة أخرى بحسب توالي النماذج؛ لأن هذا المتغير أو ذاك يتأثر بقيم المتغيرات الأخرى. ويمكن أن يكتفي بناء نموذج ما بمتغيرات مستقلة عوضا عن متغيرات أخرى.

Therefore, the construction of the model is one of the advanced stages in modern urban studies. The research has reached a number of conclusions, the most important of which are the emergence of a number of spatial patterns that vary according to the residential neighborhoods of the city, as well as the possibility that the variable adopted in the construction of models. The schematic of regression equations is a dependent variable at one time and an independent variable according to the sequence of models, because this variable is influenced by the values of other variables. The construction of a model can be satisfied with independent variables rather than others.
