يعتبر العمل التطوعي من المؤثرين بفاعلية في التنمية الاقتصادية لما يقوم به من سد تكملة دور الحكومات في رفع المعاناة عن كاهل ذوي الدخل المحدود والمتعففين، وتتمثل مشكلة الورقة في تقدير مساهمة منظمات العمل التطوعي في التنمية الاقتصادية بولاية الخرطوم، وعليه تتلخص أسئلة المشكلة في الآتي: إلى أي مدى ساهمت منظمات العمل التطوعي في تعزيز البيئة الصحية بولاية الخرطوم؟ إلى أي مدى ساهمت منظمات العمل التطوعي في كفالة الأيتام ودعم الأسر الضعيفة بتوفير وسائل الإنتاج وغيرها من أشكال الدعم المجتمعي بولاية الخرطوم؟ وللإجابة على هذه الأسئلة افترضت الورقة الفرضيات التالية: تساهم منظمات العمل التطوعي في التنمية الاقتصادية بولاية الخرطوم، تسعى بعض المنظمات التطوعية إلى الكسب المادي والشهرة في عملها دون تقديم جهد تنموي واضح. ولاختبار مدى صحة الفرضيات تم وضع استبانة بها بعض الأسئلة وتم توزيع الاستبانة على مجموعة من العاملين والمتعاملين مع بعض المنظمات التطوعية العاملة بولاية الخرطوم (منظمة كلنا قيم، منظمة أهل الرحمة) وتم التوصل للعديد من النتائج منها: يعتبر العمل التطوعي من أكبر ركائز دعم التنمية الاقتصادية في ولاية الخرطوم، تسعى منظمة كلنا قيم لاتباع أساليب أكثر حداثة في دعمها للتنمية الاقتصادية في ولاية الخرطوم، تسهم منظمات العمل التطوعي في إيجاد فرص عمل للشباب، كما أوصت الورقة بـــ: على المنظمات التعاون فيما بينها لإعداد البحوث الاجتماعية لمعرقة الفئات الأكثر حوجه للمساعدات الإنسانية. على الشركات المؤسسات دعم منظمات العمل التطوعي والخيري لتحقيق أهدافها في التنمية الاقتصادية، تقوية الصلة وفتح قنوت التعامل بين المنظمات التطوعية الوطنية والمؤسسات المالية الإقليمية التي لا تقع في دائرة النفوذ الأجنبي كالبنك الإسلامي بجدة وبنك التنمية الأفريقي.
Voluntary work is an effective influencer in developing economic development because of its work to complement the role of governments in lifting the suffering of the ankle of low-income and needy people. The paper problem is to estimate the contribution of voluntary work organizations to economic development in the state of Khartoum, and therefore the questions of the problem include the following: To what extent have voluntary organizations contributed to the promotion of a healthy environment in Khartoum State? To what extent have voluntary organizations contributed to ensuring orphans and supporting vulnerable families by providing means of production and other forms of community support in the state of Khartoum? To answer these questions, the paper assumed the following hypotheses: Voluntary organizations contribute to economic development in the state of Khartoum. Some voluntary organizations seek financial gain and fame in their work without providing a clear development effort. To test the validity of the hypotheses, a questionnaire was developed with some questions, and the questionnaire was distributed to a group of workers and dealers with some voluntary organizations working in the state of Khartoum (We are all Values Organization, Shades of Mercy) and many results were reached, including: Voluntary work is one of the biggest pillars of supporting economic development The All Values Organization seeks to adopt more modern methods in its support for economic development in the state of Khartoum. Voluntary work organizations contribute to finding job opportunities for young people, as the paper recommended: Organizations should cooperate with each other to prepare social research. To find out the most needy categories of humanitarian aid. Corporations should support voluntary and charitable work organizations to achieve their goals in economic development, strengthen the link and open channels of interaction between national voluntary organizations and regional financial institutions that do not fall into the sphere of foreign influence such as the Islamic Bank of Jeddah and the African Development Bank.
