المستخلص: Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS) are a group of connective tissue disorders with skin and joint manifestations. It results either from a new mutation occurring during early development or it may be inherited in an autosomal dominant. EDS is caused by a defect in the structure, production, or processing of collagen or protein that interact with collagen. Its symptoms include loose joints, stretchy skin, and abnormal scar formation. It has been classified into 10 specific types and also acknowledged that other extremely rare types existed. This paper will focus on the condition that have orofacial manifestations. Care should be taken during root canal treatment also pulp stone treatment procedures should be aware of for making correct diagnoses of such patients.
