المستخلص: اتخذت قضية الحوار خلال نصف القرن الأخير أبعادا جديدة تعبر عما طرأ على العلاقات السياسية والثقافية بين الشعوب من تطورات جذرية تسارعت خطواتها عاما بعد عام على نحو جعل لهذا الحوار أهمية خاصة بوصفه هدفا في ذاته من جهة، وعنصرا مؤثرا في مجمل العلاقات الإنسانية المختلفة ومواقف التواصل الفكري بين الأمم والشعوب من جهة أخرى. وعبر تاريخ طويل من التقاء الحضارات وتقاربها وتواصلها، كان التحاور والتبادل عاما حاسما في نقل المعارف الإنسانية، وفي تخصيب التجارب الحضارية، وإذا كان الحوار الحضاري شرطا ضروريا للارتقاء بالإنسان، فإنه قد غدا في وضعنا الراهن أكثر أهمية بسبب التحولات المجتمعية الحديثة، وبسبب ما أنجزته الثورة الإعلامية المعاصرة من تقارب فعلي. وبقدر ما تعظم الحاجة إلى حوار جدي بين الثقافات والحضارات لإقامة جسور التفاهم بين الأمم والشعوب لبلوغ مستوى لائق من التعايش الثقافي والحضاري، تقوم الضرورة القصوى لتهيئة الأجواء الملائمة لإجراء هذا الحوار، ولإيجاد الشروط الكفيلة بتوجيهه الوجهة الصحيحة، وتكمن مشكلة الدراسة هنا إلى بيان وتوضيح مفهوم حوار الحضارات والعمل على كشف المواقف المتنوعة تجاهه تبعا للاختلاف في تحديد مفهومه، إضافة إلى معالجة إشكالية عرض تعريف الحضارة الإسلامية وعلاقة هذا التعريف بمفهوم حوار الحضارات، كما تنبع أهمية الدراسة من القناعة التامة بدور حوار الحضارات في تحقيق التعايش السلمي، ونشر السلام، والانتفاع المتبادل بين الحضارات والثقافات الإنسانية، وإحلال الحوار محل الصراع بين الحضارات. وتهدف الدراسة إلى ربط تعريف الحضارة الإسلامية بضوابط وأسس حوار الحضارات تبين أهمية الحوار، وأهدافه، وآدابه، ومقاصده، وضوابطه وفق معطيات قرآنية خالصة، ومعوقاته، وعوامل تعزيزه. أما المنهج الذي اعتمدت عليه هذه الدراسة فهو المنهج التاريخي الوصفي القائم على الاستنتاج والتحليل، وتقصي المعلومات وجمعها من المصادر المختلفة ورصدها، ومن ثم تحليلها ومناقشتها في إطار الحقائق التاريخية التي تعالج في هذه الدراسة مع الأخذ بأداة تحليل النص عن طريق النقد التاريخي، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج، أهمها: أن مفهوم الحوار بين الحضارات مفهوم إسلامي أصيل له أدلته ودلالته، وأن الأصل في الحضارات الحوار لا الصراع، وأن حوار الحضارات له أسس وضوابط من الاعتراف والتعرف والمعرفة لابد لكل حضارة أن تلتزم بها لنجاح الحوار، كما أبرزت الدراسة أن حوار الحضارات من خلال تعريفاته المتعددة، هو عبارة عن اندماج وتبادل الثقافات الإنسانية بين مختلف الثقافات ليشمل هذا الاندماج مختلف الجوانب السياسية والاقتصادية والثقافية والاجتماعية.

During the last half century, the issue of dialogue has taken on new dimensions that express the radical developments that have taken place in political and cultural relations between peoples, whose steps have accelerated year after year in a way that made this dialogue a special importance as a goal in itself, on the one hand, and an influential element in the entirety of the various human relations and attitudes of intellectual communication. between nations and peoples on the other hand. Through a long history of the convergence, convergence and communication of civilizations, dialogue and exchange have been a decisive factor in the transfer of human knowledge and the enrichment of civilizational experiences. Contemporary media of actual convergence. To the extent that there is a great need for a serious dialogue between cultures and civilizations to build bridges of understanding between nations and peoples in order to reach a decent level of cultural and civilized coexistence, there is an absolute necessity to create the appropriate atmosphere for conducting this dialogue, and to find the conditions to guide it in the right direction, and the problem of the study here lies in clarifying and clarifying the concept of dialogue Civilizations and work to reveal the various attitudes towards it depending on the difference in defining its concept, in addition to addressing the problem of presenting the definition of Islamic civilization and the relationship of this definition to the concept of dialogue of civilizations. and human cultures, and the substitution of dialogue for the conflict between civilizations. The study aims to link the definition of Islamic civilization with the controls and foundations of dialogue among civilizations, showing the importance of dialogue, its objectives, etiquette, purposes, and controls according to purely Qur’anic data, its obstacles, and the factors for strengthening it. As for the method that this study relied on, it is the descriptive historical method based on conclusion and analysis, finding and collecting information from different sources and monitoring it, and then analyzing and discussing it within the framework of historical facts that are dealt with in this study, with the introduction of the text analysis tool through historical criticism. To several results, the most important of which are: that the concept of dialogue among civilizations is an authentic Islamic concept that has evidence and significance, and that the origin of civilizations is dialogue, not conflict, and that dialogue among civilizations has foundations and controls of recognition, recognition and knowledge that every civilization must adhere to for the success of dialogue, and the study also highlighted that dialogue Civilizations, according to its multiple definitions, is the merging and exchange of human cultures between different cultures, to include the various political, economic, cultural and social aspects.
