المستخلص: One of the most fertile periods of science prosperity in Yemen is the 7th century AH, in which imams emerged in various types of science, including “Ibn Falah al-Yemeni”, one of the pioneers of linguistic thought in Yemen, and a brilliant fundamentalist, he left a great linguistic legacy, at the head of which comes his famous book “Al Mughni fi Al Nahu”. It is a distinguished book of approach and style, which was the reason for addressing one of its issues that characterized his grammatical approach. It is a question of the relationship between grammar and meaning, or what might be called semantic grammatical interaction. This feature is rarely found in the late researchers, and the effort of “Ibn Falah” in this aspect is clear.
