المستخلص: This letter, marked by “Nashurul Khuzam fi Almuhamat an Takfir Ahl Al Islam”, won the admiration of the scholar Mahmoud al-Alussi, and he expressed persuasion stressing his approval of the contents of the law, and acknowledging the result reached by the author, in addition to the signatures of ten scholars and fatwas in Baghdad to approve the letter. I made my work to get this message divided into two parts, a department of study and a section of investigation, while the study department was in two research, the first to talk about the author, the second to talk about the manuscript and the related text by editing it. After concluding, I wrote down the indexes of the sources and references of the study and investigation.
