المستخلص: " هدف البحث الحالي التعرف على فاعلية برنامج تدريبي مقترح OfficeMix لتنمية كفايات التدريس الإبداعي لمعلمي اللغة العربية بالمرحلة الابتدائية؛ ولتحقيق ذلك تم تصميم برنامج تدريبي وتم تطبيق أداة البحث (بطاقة الملاحظة الأداء)، (واختبار تحصيلي) على عينة البحث المختارة وكانت قوامها (30) معلما للغة العربية بالمرحلة الابتدائية، (قبليا وبعديا) بهدف التعرف على الفروق بين التطبيق القبلي والبعدي لأدوات البحث؛ ولتحقيق هدف البحث تم تصميم المحتوى والنشاطات المحققة للأهداف وعرضها من خلال برنامج OfficeMix. وأسفرت النتائج عن وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.01) بين متوسطي درجات معلمي اللغة العربية (عينة البحث) في كفايات التدريس الإبداعي في كل من التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي لبطاقة الملاحظة والاختبار التحصيلي لصالح التطبيق البعدي، كما أسفرت النتائج عن فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي في تنمية كفايات التدريس الإبداعي، وفي ضوء النتائج قدم الباحث بعض التوصيات والمقترحات من أهمها: الاستفادة من أداة ومواد البحث المستخدمة (بطاقة ملاحظة، البرنامج التدريبي المقترح) في تطوير أداء معلمي اللغة العربية بالمرحلة الابتدائية أثناء الخدمة لتنمية كفايات التدريس الإبداعي مما ينعكس علي تنمية التفكير لدي تلاميذهم، وضرورة تحديد الاحتياجات التدريبية الفعلية من البرامج التدريبية التي تهتم بتنمية مهارات استراتيجيات التدريس الفعال والتعلم المتمركز حول التلميذ للوصول بالتعليم إلى المتعة والإثارة والفاعلية وربط الواقع بما يدرسه التلميذ مع ضرورة تنمية القيم والمهارات الحياتية."

"The aim of the current research is to identify the effectiveness of the officeMix proposed training program to develop the competencies of creative teaching for Arabic language teachers at the primary level; To achieve this, a training program was designed and the research tool (scorecard), (achievement test) was applied to the selected research sample and consisted of (30) teachers of the Arabic language at the elementary stage, (before and after) in order to identify the differences between the pre and post application of the research tools. To achieve the goal of the research, the content and activities achieving the goals are designed and presented in OfficeMix. The results resulted in statistically significant differences at the level (0.01) between the mean scores of Arabic language teachers (the research sample) in the competencies of creative teaching in both the pre and post applications of the observation card and the achievement test in favor of the post application. The results also resulted in the effectiveness of the training program in developing The competencies of creative teaching, and in light of the results, the researcher presented some recommendations and suggestions, the most important of which are: Utilizing the research tool and materials used (note card, the proposed training program) in developing the performance of Arabic language teachers at the primary stage during service to develop the competencies of creative teaching, which will be reflected in the development of thinking among their students. And the necessity of determining the actual training needs of training programs that are concerned with developing the skills of effective teaching strategies and student-centered learning to bring education to fun, excitement, and effectiveness, and to link reality with what the student is studying with the need to develop values and life skills."
