تعد الصين في ميزان العلاقات الدولية في التاريخ الحديث والمعاصر بمثابة المرآة العاكسة لدولة روسيا، فقد تبنت الصين تجربتها الثورية وأفكارها السياسية والتحررية، مستغلة موقعها الجيوستراتيجى المجاور لروسيا من جهة، والظروف الداخلية التي كانت تعاني منها الصين من الاضطهاد الطبقي والاجتماعي من جهة ثانية. ووجدت الصين بقيادة الزعيم (ماوتسي تونغ) أنها الأمل الوحيد للخلاص من العبودية والظلم، فقد أدخل مبادئ الفلسفة الاشتراكية وبلورتها من ضمن مجموعة من الأفكار التي شكلت إيديولوجية للمجتمع الصيني، من خلال سلسلة من الأحداث والاتفاقيات والإصلاحات مع الاتحاد السوفيتي (السابق) وكانت السمة البارزة للعلاقات بين البلدين عدم الاستقرار خلال فترة الدراسة المختارة، فقد كانت علاقتهما تقوم على المصلحة تارة وعلى العلاقات التصارعية تارة أخرى. قسم البحث إلى مبحثين وعدة مواضيع كان في مقدمتها المبحث الأول بعنوان الملامح التاريخية للعلاقات السوفيتية -الصينية (١٩٢٣-١٩٣٩) والذي قسم إلى أولا: الثورة الروسية. وثانيا: الحزب الشيوعي الصيني، وجاء المبحث الثاني بعنوان تأثير الاتفاقية الروسية عام (١٩٢٤) في الفكر السياسي للعلاقات بين الدولتين وتضمن أولا: ماوتسي تونغ ودوره الفكري والسياسي (1927-١٩٣٩) في الصين، وذكر ثانيا: مقومات العلاقات السوفيتية -الصينية (1940 -١٩٥٠) في ظل المتغيرات الدولية، ودرس ثالثا: تقييم المعاهدة السوفيتية -الصينية للعام (١٩٥٠) وتأثيرها في العلاقات بين الدولتين، وختم البحث بخاتمة فيها أبرز ما توصلت إليها الدراسة من تأثير للفكر الشيوعي الاشتراكي في جمهورية الصين الشعبية. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، ففيه تحليل للأحداث لأن وصف الظاهرة وحدها لا يكفي دون تحليلها، مشكلة الدراسة هي تسليط الضوء على مديات التأثر في العلاقات بين الدولتين من الناحية الفكرية والفلسفية للنظام الروسي في الفكر السياسي الصيني منذ نشوئه وكيف أصبح منهاجا رسميا للنظام السياسي للبلاد.

The researcher has divided the research into sections and many topics, first the first section titled features of the soviet- china historical relations 1923-1939 divided in to, first the Russian revolution, second, the chinses communist party, the second section titled, the Russian agreements effect in 1924 in the political ideology of the two countries relations, included, first, Maozi and his role in the political ideology 1927- 1939 in china, second, fundamentals of soviet- china relation 1940-1950 under the international changes, third , discusses: evaluation the soviet-china treaty in 1950 and its influence in relation between the two countries, the researcher concluded with a conclusion, with the important subjects related with the social and communist ideology influence in republic of china, the study depended the descriptive analytical approach in analyzing the events, for describing the phenomenon alone is not enough without analyzing it, the study problem via shedding light on extents of the two countries influence regarding the ideology and philosophical aspect of Russia regime in the china political ideology since its starting and the way it has official method for the political system for the country.
