المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى رأس المال الفكري ومكوناتها لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكلية العلوم الإدارية/ جامعة عدن، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تطوير استبانة جاءت في 45 فقرة وزعت على عينة عشوائية طبقية بلغت (105)، وذلك، حسب جدول Krejcie & Morgan طبقا لمجتمع مكون من (144) مفردة متبعين المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. أظهرت النتائج أن رأس المال الفكري جاء بدرجة متوسطة في كلية العلوم الإدارية/ جامعة عدن، حيث أسهم رأس مال العلاقات بدرجة أكبر في رأس المال الفكري يليه رأس مال البناء التحتي الهيكلي، ثم رأس المال الإبداعي، رأس المال البشري، تبين أن مكونات رأس المال الفكري ارتبطت فيما بينها ارتباطا معنويا عند مستوى دلالة (0.01 ≥ α)، وكانت أكثر مكونات رأس المال الفكري ارتباطا فيما بينها هي مكون رأس المال الإبداعي ومكون رأس مال العلاقات. وتوصلت إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة معنوية لمتوسطات استجابة عينة الدراسة لمكونات رأس المال الفكري عند مستوى دلالة (0.05 ≥ α) تعزي لمتغير الجنس، المؤهل العلمي، القسم العلمي. بينما أظهرت نتائج الفرضيات إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة معنوية لمتوسطات استجابة عينة الدراسة لمكونات رأس المال الفكري عند مستوى دلالة (0.05 ≥ α) تعزي لمتغير الرتبة العلمية ولسنوات الخبرة في العمل.

The study aimed to Knowing the level of intellectual capital and its components among faculty members at the Faculty of Administrative Sciences / University of Aden, and to achieve objectives of the study A questionnaire was developed that came in 45 items and distributed to a stratified random sample of (105), according to the Krejcie & Morgan table according to a community of (144) individuals, following the descriptive analytical approach. The results showed that the intellectual capital came with a medium degree in the College of Administrative Sciences / University of Aden, , where the relationship capital contributed to a greater degree in intellectual capital, followed by the capital of the structural infrastructure, then creative capital, human capital, it was found that the components of intellectual capital were significantly correlated with each other at a significant level of (0.01 ≥ α), and the components of intellectual capital were the most closely related among them is the component of capital the money the creative and capital component of relationships, , which is a strong direct correlation. It concluded that there were no significant differences in the study sample's response averages to the components of intellectual capital at a significance level of (0.05 ≥ α) due to the variable of sex, academic qualification, scientific section. While the results of the hypotheses showed that there are significant differences in the study sample's response averages to the components of intellectual capital at a significance level of (0.05 ≥ α) due to the scientific rank variable and years of academic experience at work.
