This paper is deed to describe the situation of Information Systems (SI) in the Algerian public industrial environment. Our survey of three Algerian state-owned industrial enterprises (EPIA) seems to show the low institutional status of IS in these companies and their commitment to the dissemination of ICT. In terms of usage, is geared towards functional areas for the level of management. Their use in knowledge management remains limited and their role is reduced to that of data purveyors and technological insertions. Ce papier s’attèle à décrire la situation des Systèmes d’Information (SI) dans le milieu industriel public algérien. Notre enquête auprès de trois entreprises publiques industrielles algériennes (EPIA) semble montrer le faible statut institutionnel des SI dans ces entreprises et l’engagement de ces dernières dans la voie de la diffusion des TIC. En termes d’usages, les SI sont orientés vers les domaines fonctionnels pour le niveau de gestion. Leur usage dans la gestion des connaissances demeure limité et leur rôle se trouve réduit à celui de pourvoyeurs de données et d’insertions technologiques. |
