المستخلص: The purpose of this topic is to respond to the issue of demonstrating the particularism that distinguishes the guarantee offered by insurance in the field of international investment. Characterized by its mechanisms which rely mainly on private funds on and the reciprocity of benefits between the insurer and the insured and by the randomness of the insured event, the insurance of international investment is distinguished also by its diversity which encompasses in addition to ordinary risks specific risks, specifically those related to the field of capital movements on an international dimension throughout the process.

L’objet du présent sujet est de répondre à la problématique relative à la démonstration du particularisme qui distingue la garantie que présente l’assurance en matière d’investissement internationaux. Caractérisé par ses mécanismes qui s’appuient essentiellement sur des fonds privés et sur la réciprocité des prestations entre l’assureur et l’assuré ainsi que par le caractère aléatoire de l’événement assuré, l’assurance des investissements internationaux se particularise également par sa diversité qui englobe en plus des risques ordinaires des risques spécifiques relevant spécialement du domaine de déplacement des capitaux sur une dimension internationale tout au long du processus.
