المستخلص: لقد تعاظم اعتماد المجتمع على تكنولوجيا الإعلام والاتصال وبكل أنواعها التي أضحت ضرورة ملحة من الضروريات اليومية التي تسيطر على الأفراد والجماعات، بحيث برزت أهمية الإنترنت من خلال طبيعتها ومادتها المتنوعة وطريقة اتصالها التي جعلتها مقياسا للتقدم الذي وصلت إليه البشرية. لذلك، أصبحت الإنترنت وتطبيقاتها الاتصالية منتشرة في حياة الأسر الجزائرية التي تربد السير في هذا الركب واستيعاب مختلف التغيرات التي لها تأثير على بنيتها القيمية والثقافية. وبسبب التحولات التي مست قواعد الضبط الأسري والاجتماعي والتوازنات القيمية ونمط السيرورة العلاقاتية داخل الأسرة الجزائرية، زاد الاهتمام الأكاديمي في جامعاتنا برصد التحولات التي رافقت انتشار واستخدام الشبكات الاجتماعية في مجتمعنا، إلى جانب تحليل مظاهر تأثيراتها. ومن خلال متابعة بعض المناقشات للرسائل التي تنجز في طور الدكتوراه، تمكنا من ملاحظة مدى تخوف الباحثين من استخدامات الإنترنت وانتشار التأثيرات التي تحدثها على القيم. لقد انتشر التشاؤم من تأثيرات الشبكة خاصة على الأسرة والمنظومة التربوية والثقافة التي أصبحت مهددة في عقر دارها. ونعتقد أن الحديث عن إشكالية القيم في العلوم الاجتماعية يخضع إلى تساؤلات منهجية وأبستمولوجيا تبين أن لمفهوم القيم دلالات عديدة لا تعني الشيء نفسه في كل الحالات لأن الفرق واضح بين تحولات القيم وتغيرها وظاهرة الانتقالات لمجموعة من القيم. كما يخضع هذا الحديث في ظل الفضاء الافتراضي إلى مبدأ التعايش والتفاعل بين المنظومتين القيمية التقليدية والحداثية وواقع التماسك الأسري. وعليه، ما حقيقة التخوف من انهيار منظومة القيم في العالم الافتراضي؟ هل فعلا يؤدي تأثير استخدام شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي إلى تغيير القيم أم أن القيم والثوابت أيا كانت لا تتغير بسهولة وتحتاج إلى مدى زمني طويل على أساس أن تغير القيم عملية معقدة وتدخل فيها عومل متشابكة؟ هذا ما نسعى إلى توضيحه من خلال قراءة أربع رسائل دكتوراه في علوم الإعلام والاتصال حول موضوع تأثيرات تكنولوجيا الإعلام والاتصال على المنظومة القيمية للأسرة الجزائرية.

Society's reliance on media and communication technology and all its forms has grown, which has become an urgent necessity of the daily necessities that control individuals and groups so that the importance of the Internet has emerged through its nature, its varied material, and its method of communication, which made it a measure of the progress that humanity has reached. Therefore, the Internet and its communication applications have become widespread in the lives of Algerian families, which have begun to affect their value and cultural structure. As a result, and because of the changes that affected the rules of family and social control, value balances, and the pattern of the relational process within the Algerian family, the academic interest in our universities increased in monitoring the changes that accompanied the spread and use of social networks in our society, as well as analyzing the manifestations of their effects. And by following up on some discussions of the dissertations completed in the PhD stage, we were able to observe the extent of researchers' fear of the use of the Internet and the widespread effects that they have on values. As a result, pessimism has spread from the network’s effects, especially on the family, the educational system, and the culture that has become a threat in its own home. We believe that talking about the problem of values in the social sciences is subject to systematic and epistemological questions that show that the concept of values has many connotations that do not mean the same thing in all cases because the difference is clear between the transformations of values and their change and the phenomenon of transitions of a set of values. In light of the virtual space, this talk is also subject to the principle of coexistence and interaction between the traditional and modernist value systems and the reality of family cohesion. Therefore, what is the truth behind the fear of the collapse of the value system in the hypothetical world? Does using social networks actually lead to a change in values, or do the values and constants, whatever they are, not change easily and need a long period because changing values is a complex process that involves intertwining factors? This is what we seek to clarify by reading four doctoral theses in media and communication sciences on the effects of media and communication technology on the value system of the Algerian family.
