|a بغية التعرف على الواقع العملي لمؤسسات الرأسمال الاستثماري الجزائرية في مجال علاقاتها وخدماتها المالية والمصرفية ودورها في تفعيل التمويل الاستثماري بالجزائر، لذا تم القيام بإجراء دراسة ميدانية تحليلية للأدوار والأنشطة التي يقوم بها الصندوق الوطني للاستثمار (FNI) بالجزائر العاصمة بناءً على تشخيص وتحليل التقارير المالية السنوية المتضمنة مختلف الكشوفات والنتائج المالية للسنوات السابقة، وأيضاً تتبع سياساته وبرامجه التمويلية مع بعض المؤسسات الناشطة على مستوى التراب الوطني من خلال بعض الوثائق والمستندات المقدمة. تناولت هذه المقالة، دراسة حالة لأحد أقدم وأكبر مؤسسات الرأسمال الاستثماري في الجزائر وهو الصندوق الوطني للاستثمار، وكانت البداية بتقديم تعريفي عام وشامل عن الصندوق الوطني للاستثمار بدءاً بالتأسيس ثم التطور التاريخي ثم المهام والأهداف مع بيان الهيكل التنظيمي والإداري، ثم النشاط التمويلي مع دراسة وتشخيص لوضعية بعض المؤسسات الممولة من طرف الصندوق الوطني للاستثمار، وفي الأخير محاولة استخلاص وتقييم الآثار والنتائج من تدخلات ومساهمة الصندوق الوطني للاستثمار في رأسمال هذه المؤسسات.
|b In order to get acquainted with the practical reality of the Algerian investment capital institutions in the field of their financial and banking relationships and services and their role in activating investment financing in Algeria, an analytical field study of the roles and activities carried out by the National Investment Fund (FNI) in Algiers was conducted based on the diagnosis and analysis of the annual financial reports that includes the various financial statements and results of previous years, and also tracks its financing policies and programs with some active institutions at the national level through some of the documents provided. This article dealt with a case study of one of the oldest and largest investment capital institutions in Algeria, which is the National Investment Fund. Some of the institutions funded by the National Investment Fund, and in the end an attempt to extract and evaluate the effects and results of the interventions and the contribution of the National Investment Fund in the capital of these institutions.
