|a يكتسب هذا البحث أهميته من كونه بحثا عن أهم الشخصيات اليمنية في القرن الثالث الهجري، وهو الإمام الهادي إلى الحق يحيى بن الحسين المتوفى عام 298ه، وعن نتاجه وجهوده العلمية والفكرية، وقد سلك الباحث فيه منهج البحث التاريخي، وعالج عددا من الأسئلة المهمة والمثارة. أثبت البحث موسوعية ذلك الإمام العلمية، وجمعه بين فضيلتي العلم والعمل، والتنظير والتطبيق، وكونه جد في تحصيل العلم، مثل جده في تدريسه ونشره، وهو الذي كان يرى وجوب التعليم العام على الدولة، وقد ترجم البحث لـــــــــ29 طالبا من طلابه الذين أثروا في حياة اليمن العلمية والسياسية والاجتماعية في فترة الدراسة. بذل الهادي إلى الحق جهودا فكرية مؤثرة؛ لبناء الشخصية السوية فكريا وتصوريا، ومواجهة الأفكار الهدامة التي كانت تشكل خطرا على بناء المجتمع ودولته العادلة، كالقول بالجبر والتشبيه والإرجاء والقرمطة، ومع ذلك فقد تعامل بالحوار والتسامح مع المذاهب والأفكار المخالفة له والتي لم يكن لديها مشروع عسكري. تناولت مؤلفاته الموضوعات التي كان يدور حولها بحث العلماء آنذاك، ولكن من منطلق أنه المنظر والمطبق في آن، وقد كتب أكثر من 50 كتابا ورسالة في عدد من المجالات؛ وهو أمر يشير إلى نبوغه وعبقريته وموسوعيته. بين البحث أنه كان فقيها بارعا، تميز فقهه بتكيفه مع البيئة اليمنية، وكان فقهه فقها ناضجا وعمليا وشاملا، وأهم كتبه الفقهية كتاب الأحكام الذي يمثل خلاصة الفقه العملي المتوارث عند أهل البيت عن آبائهم إلى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم، ولا يزال يدرس في مراكز التدريس الزيدية إلى يومنا هذا.
|b The current study gains its significance as it is a study of one of the most popular Yemeni figures in the third Hijri century. His name is Imam Alhadi ela Alhaq Yahya Ben Alhussien died in 298 AH. The study also discussed his scientific and intellectual efforts and works. The researcher follows the historical research approach and solve several important and common questions. The current study confirmed the scientific comprehension of Imam, his collection between science and work, theory and practice because he was hardworking in acquiring knowledge like his hardworking in teaching and publication. He had the perception that government should provide education freely to people. This study has introduced 29 students who enriched the social, political and scientific life of Yemen during the study period. Alhadi ela Alhaq has made effective ideological efforts in building the good personality intellectually and impressively and confronting the destructive thoughts that threaten the society structure and it's fair government such as saying: Fatalism, Personificationers, Postponers and Qarmattah. However, he used dialogue and forgiveness with all ideologies and thoughts opponent to him which had no military project. The Imam's publications addressed the topics that were under research by scholars but as a theorist and practitioner in the same time. He wrote more than 50 books and theses in different fields which indicated his intelligence, genuineness and comprehension. The current study demonstrated that he was a brilliant jurist. His jurisprudence was distinguished with its adaptation with Yemeni environment. His jurisprudence was perfect, practical and comprehensive. One of his jurisprudence books was Alahkam Book, which forms the summary of the practical jurisprudence inherited with Aal Albait from their fathers up to the Prophet (Peace Be upon him and his family). This book has been being taught in Zaydi teaching centers up to now.
