Our article looks at the concept of entrepreneurial support and business creation. Based on an observation of the limits of the Algerian entrepreneurial ecosystem as well as the unmet needs of entrepreneurs in terms of support, our study questions the reality on the ground. On the one hand, it is interested in the initiatives put in place by the government and the difficulties that may hinder them. On the other hand, it is studying the possibility of a co-constructed system of peer support. First, we reviewed the literature in order to bring out an outline of the characteristics of entrepreneurial support. Second, we analyzed the context of our study by examining the various dysfunctions linked to entrepreneurial support within ANSEJ and highlighting their root causes. Finally and through our results, we have tried within the limits of our research to offer a peer support system in order to best meet the needs of entrepreneurs. |
