|a هدفت الدارسة إلى التعرف على "استخدام نموذج قبول التكنولوجيا واختباره على موظفي الإدارة العامة بجامعة مصراته"، ولتحقيق الهدف من الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي. تكون مجتمع الدارسة من الموظفين في الإدارة العامة البالغ عددهم (320) مفردة، وكانت عدد الاستبانات الصالحة للتحليل 177 استبانة أي ما يعادل 55.31م% من مجتمع الدارسة. وبناء على تحليل البيانات الكمية للدراسة فقد تم التوصل إلى مجموعة من النتائج والتي كان أبرزها: وجود علاقة ارتباط إيجابية بين أبعاد نموذج استخدام التكنولوجيا وأن أكثر الأبعاد أهمية كان بعد الفائدة المدركة وهذا مؤشر على توفر وترابط جميع فقرات هذا البعد حول نموذج استخدام التكنولوجيا. تقارب إجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول باقي الأبعاد (إدراك الثقة، تبني التكنولوجيا، سهولة الاستخدام، البنية التحتية)، إذ جاءت جميعها بدرجة أهمية ضعيفة. تم اقتراح مجموعة من التوصيات أهمها: تعزيز البنية التحتية للتكنولوجيا من خلال توفير شبكة اتصالات خارجية (إكسترانت) للتواصل بين الجامعات والإدارات والكليات المختلفة، زيادة الاهتمام بمفهوم تبني التكنولوجيا من خلال تسهيل وتبسيط المعاملات اليومية بعيدا عن التعقيدات الإدارية، تجنب الاعتماد على استخدام الطرق التقليدية والأعمال الروتينية واستبدالها بالطرق التقنية الحديثة في تسيير الأعمال الإدارية.
|b This study aims to identify "the use of the technology acceptance model and test it on the employees of the General Administration of the University of Misurata". Descriptive approach has been utilized to achieve the goal of the study. The study population consisted of (320) employees in the General Administration. the number of valid questionnaires for analysis is 177, which is equivalent to 55.31% of the study population. Based on the analysis of quantitative data for the study, a set of results have been reached. The most important result is that “there is a positive correlation between the dimensions of the technology use mode”. The most important dimension is the expected benefit dimension. However, this is an indication of the availability and interdependence of all the elements of this dimension around the technology use model. The answers of the study sample members on the rest of the dimensions are nearly the same including (perception of technology, technology adoption, ease of use, infrastructure). They all indicate a low degree of importance. Some recommendations has been suggested. The most important suggestions include: strengthening technology infrastructure by providing an external communication network (extranet) for communication between different universities, departments and colleges; increasing interest in the concept of technology adoption by facilitating and simplifying daily transactions away from administrative complications; avoiding dependence on the use of traditional methods and routine work and replacing them with modern technical methods in the conduct of administrative work.
