|a لا شك أن اللغة حاملة للإبداع مثلما هي حاملة للثقافة، ومن البديهي أنها باب مشرع لدخول أعماق المجتمعات، وتفهم أمجادها وتطلعاتها، ولهذا فقد حاولنا أن ننطلق منها، لفهم العلاقة التي شكلت على مر السنين المجتمع الجزائري. وإذا كانت عناصر الوحدة أكثر حضورا فيه من عناصر التشتت، فإن لهذه الأخيرة تمظهرات مهمة على مستوى اللغة والتعبير، ليس على المستوى الرسمي (المركز) فقط، وإنما على المستوى الشعبي (الهامش) كذلك، بل إن الهامش بدا أكثر إبداعا في اللغة من المركز، حين تعلق الأمر بوجوده، كفئة أكثر انتشارا وأقل تأثيرا في المجتمع.
