المستخلص: يهدف هذا المقال إلى إبراز القيمة الحضارية لمسألة الأمن والسلم من منطلق التأسيس لها في الخطاب القرآني المتعلق بجانبه الغيبي، ومدى فاعلية المنظومة العقدية عموما في إشباع حاجات إنسان العصر الحضارية في ظل متغيرات الواقع الذي يعيشه. فكان من نتائج هذا المقال أن سيرورة حالة الأمن تستلزم شروطا معنوية وأخرى مادية مساندة لها. وأن لا انفصام بين التربية الإيمانية والأمن، وكلاهما مبدأ أساس في التكامل الحضاري.

The objective of this article is to demonstrate the civilizational value for securityin metaphysical speech of the Qur'an. and to demonstrate the effect of Islamic belief in civilizational constraction when reality changes. The results of this article are disclosed the function of the moral and material conditions for continued Security. This research also concludes that there is no separation between relgious education and Security. And they are important reasons for the cultural and the civilizational integration.

L'objectif de cet article est de démontrer la valeur civilisationnelle de la sécurité dans le discours métaphysique du Coran. et de démontrer l'effet de la croyance islamique dans la construction des civilisations dans les périodes de changement. Les résultats de cet article déterminent et analysent les conditions morales et matérielles nécessaires au maintien de la sécurité. Ils montrent qu'il n'y a pas de séparation entre l'éducation religieuse et la sécurité. Ce sont des raisons importantes pour l'intégration culturelle et civilisationnelle.
