If a discourse in general is: a message with a directed communicative content intended to influence the addressee, then the intent is the basis of this communicative process. This is due to the fact that there is no communication with linguistic signs or other signs without the presence of intentionality behind the act of communication and without an arrangement of these signs. The mastering of the art of speech is uneven between humans, some of who master it and their dialogue is described as successful, and some do not master it. This has made those interested in the deliberative aspect of speech and discourse analysis, give this topic special importance, looking for ways to make the speech of a speaker as perfect and successful in terms of achieving a goal, and there are the obstacles that make another speech unsuccessful... After all, an ideal speech is the discourse that is governed by laws that control its effectiveness and guarantee its impact on the other. Although these laws have recently appeared in recent studies as foundations to be adopted in analyzing the discourse, however, we do not fail to refer to it in our ancient inheritance. The most prominent document in which these laws are manifested is the message of “The Right of the Tongue-Hak Al-Lisan” contained in the Collection of the Rights by Imam Ali Bin Al Hussein Zain Al Abidin (died 95 A.H.): “As for the right of the tongue, it is to honor it from being unfaithful, accustom it to goodness, force it to etiquette, and restrain it except for the place of need and benefit for religion and this world, and to absolve it of the ugly and of little benefit curiosity, the harm of which is not secured with its low return...”. Recent studies have given the aspect of use of language (speech) a great interest. In-depth studies followed concerning the analysis of discourse and pronunciation issues in order to set the conditions for practicing the conversational process that increases the opportunity for the effectiveness of the discourse, and the degree of its impact on the recipients. Based on this, the researchers have formulated a set of principles and laws that refine the discourse, or control it, and make it an ideal and effective discourse. In this research paper, the research seeks to reveal examples of the polite and ideal discourse, as well as its violations, taking the dialogue of the personalities of the Qur’anic discourse as an application through which the idealism of the discourse is demonstrated among some successful personalities in the dialogue, as well as the obstacles that caused the failure of other characters in the communication process, relying primarily on the language of dialogue in the verbal context to clarify it.
