|a يعتبر الألم المزمن من المشكلات الشائعة لدى مرضى السرطان. وبالرغم من التطور في المجال الطبي، إلا أن مرضى السرطان يعانون من الألم والعجز المستمر. وهذا رجع لإدراك الألم لديهم وطريقة الاستجابة له. وفي هذا الصدد طورت تقنيات لعلاج الألم، فلم تعد تقتصر على الأدوية فقط، بل صارت تشمل علاجات نفسية من بينها "العلاج المعرفي" لأرون بيك" من خلال مساعدة المرضى على إدراك أن للعوامل النفسية والاجتماعية دور في التأثير على خبرة الألم. فالعلاج المعرفي يهدف إلى تغيير الأفكار السلبية، ومساعدة المرضى في التغلب على الصعوبات من خلال تحديد الأفكار الآلية المضطربة، وكذلك الاستجابات الانفعالية. ولتجلية ذلك أتت هذه الورقة البحثية لاستعراض أهم العوامل النفسية والاجتماعية المرتبطة بآلام السرطان، والمناخي النفسية لتدبر آلام السرطان، وكذا أساليب النموذج المعرفي لأرون بيك، وأخيرا خطوات تطبيق العلاج المعرفي مع مرضى ألام السرطان.
|b The chronic pain is considered one of the common problems that cancer patients suffer from. Despite the medical advancement, cancer patients suffer from constant pain. This is due to their perception and the way they react to it. In this regards techniques have been developed to treat the pain. It is not limited with medicines but it also includes psychological treatments among which Aaron beck knowledgeable treatment. The latter helps the patients to perceive that the psychological and social factors have an important role in affecting the pain. The knowledgeable treatment aims at changing the negative thoughts and helping the patients to overcome the hardships by determining the disordered thoughts. The aims to achieve the target the present paper showed the most important psychological and social factors associated with cancer pain, in addition to the psychological aspects of managing cancer pain, as well as the techniques of the cognitive model of Aaron Beck, finally steps for application cognitive Therapy with cancer pain patients."
