|a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلي بيان العلاقة بين التدبر والاستنباط وعلاقتهما بالأحكام الفقهية الواردة في القرآن الكريم، مع بيان قواعد تدبر القرآن الكريم من خلال فهم اللغة والتفسير وضوابط الاستنباط المعينة على التدبر، وتوصلت إلى أن سبل البيان التي يعتمد عليها التدبر تساعد على معرفة الأحكام الشرعية ويأتي ذلك بالاستقراء التام لمعرفة مقاصد القرآن الكريم الكلية والجزئية، مع اعتماد التدبر على الاستنباط في فهم الإشكالات العلمية والواقعية.
|b This study aims to clarify the relationship between deliberation and deduction and their relationship to the jurisprudential rulings contained in the Holy Qur’an, with an explanation of the rules of contemplation of the Holy Qur’an through understanding the language, interpretation, and deduction controls specific to deduction. By complete induction to know the complete and partial purposes of the Noble Qur’an, with deduction based on deduction in understanding scientific and real problems.
