In order to achieve the objectives of the study, it was relied on the Data Envelopment Analysis method to measure the efficiency of corporate governance. Furthermore, to test the hypotheses, the Kruskal Wallis test was adopted. One of the most important results is that the efficiency level of the corporate governance system for joint stock companies listed on the Algiers Stock Exchange is inefficient, as the average efficiency of the corporate governance system during the last five years was 38%." | ||
