تعد الخدمات المجتمعية من الخدمات المهمة في الناحية وذلك لأنها تقدم الخدمات المتنوعة التي يحتاجها سكان ناحية الحيدرية وتعتبر الخدمات التعليمية والصحية من أهم هذه الخدمات وذلك لأنها تقوم بخلق جيل واع مثقف من أبناء الناحية من جهة، وتقوم بتأمين صحة الإنسان والحفاظ على سلامته من الأمراض من جهة أخرى. وسوف يقوم الباحثان بإلقاء الضوء على هاتين الخدمتين المهمتين في هذه الناحية من خلال دراسة واقع حال هاتان الخدمتان، إضافة إلى التوزيع الجغرافي لهذه المؤسسات وهل أن التوزيع يساهم في وصول خدمات هذه المؤسسات إلى سكان الناحية بشكل جيد وسلس، وكذلك تقييم كفاءة هاتان الخدمتان المهمتين بالاعتماد على المعايير المحلية الموضوعة من قبل وزارة التخطيط العراقية والتي تربط بهذه الخدمات، وفي نهاية البحث توصل الباحثان إلى جملة من الاستنتاجات والتوصيات التي يأمل الباحثان أن يحقق فيه شيء من الفائدة في تحقيق تنمية مكانية في الناحية.
