One of the sources of economic growth in emerging and developing countries is the attractiveness of capital flows, scientific research, innovation, and the development of human capital, through the implementation of macroeconomic policies, etc. This paper compares the effect of the interaction between foreign direct investment and human capital on Tunisian and Moroccan economic growth over the period 1996 to 2015. The results obtained using the Generalized Moments Method (GMM) in time series justify the presence of the positive and significant effect of the interaction between FDI and human capital on Tunisian economic growth but is not significant for the Moroccan.
