المستخلص: قسم هذا البحث إلى ملخص ومقدمة ثم مبحثين: عنونت للأول منهما: إعطاء الابن العاق الميراث، وعنونت للمبحث الثاني: حرمان الولد العاق من الميراث، ثم ذكرت التأصيل الشرعي لجعل عقوق الوالدين سببا من أسباب موانع الإرث أيضا؛ لأن عقوق الوالدين من المحرمات والكبائر وهي لا تختلف بحال من الأحوال عن موانع الإرث التي ذكرها الفقهاء من الرق والقتل واختلاف الدين فعن عبد الله بن عمرو بن العاص رضي الله عنهما: أن النبي -صلى الله عليه وسلم -قال: "لا يدخل الجنة عاق" وخاتمة تضمنت الراجح لما توصلت إليه.

"The jurists mentioned that there are three inhibitions of inheritance: slavery, murder and differences in religion. In this research I’ll try to confirm that disobedience to parents is one of inheritance inhibitions; since disobedience to parents is considered taboo and a major sin, and it does not differ in any way from the aforementioned inhibitions. Ibn Hibban and An-Nasa’i narrated on the authority of Abdullah bin Amr bin Al-Aas, (May Allah be pleased with them), that the Prophet (Peace & blessings be upon him) said: ""No one who is disobedient to his parents, no one who reminds others of his favors, and no drunkard, will enter Paradise"". The current research was divided into an abstract and a preface that included a brief statement of the vocabulary mentioned in its title, followed by an introduction and two sections: The first section was titled: Giving the disobedient son the inheritance, and the second section was titled: Depriving the disobedient son of inheritance, then I mentioned the legal origin for making disobedience to parents a cause of inheritance inhibitions as well; and a conclusion that includes the most correct opinion of the research results, and a list of sources and references. alraajih lima tawasalat 'iilayhi. walhamd lilah rabi alealamina"
