|a يهدف هذا البحث إلى استقراء المسائل التي اختلف الأصوليون في تصورها وبيان أثر ذلك الاختلاف، وقد شمل البحث تسعة عشر موضعا حصل الخلاف في تصورها. وقد احتوى البحث على تمهيد وأربعة مباحث وخاتمة. أما التمهيد فقد تناولت فيه المراد بتصور المسائل، وأسباب اختلاف الأصوليين في التصور، وأما المبحث الأول فقد تناولت فيه المسائل المختلف في تصورها في باب الحكم الشرعي، وأما المبحث الثاني فقد تناولت فيه المسائل المختلف في تصورها في باب الأدلة، وأما المبحث الثالث فقد تناولت فيه المسائل المختلف في تصورها في باب الدلالات، وأما المبحث الرابع فقد تناولت فيه المسائل المختلف في تصورها في باب التعارض والترجيح. وأما الخاتمة فقد ذكرت فيها نتائج البحث وتوصياته.
|b This research aims to extrapolate the issues that fundamentalists had different perception of, and to show the impact of that difference. The research included 19 disputable topics based on their perception. The research contained a preface, four topics and a conclusion. As for the preface, I dealt with what is meant by the issues’ perception and the reasons why fundamentalists differ in perception of those issues. In the first topic, I dealt with the issues differed in their perception in the context of legitimate judgment. In the second topic, I dealt with the issues that differed in their perception in the context of evidence. In the third topic, I dealt with the issues that differed in their perception in the context of significance. In the fourth topic, I dealt with the issues that differed in their perception in the context of conflict and indications. As for the conclusion, I listed the results and recommendations of the research.
