المستخلص: بحث (فاعلية الخطاب الدعوي)، يهدف إلى بيان مفهوم فاعلية الخطاب الدعوي، وتوضيح سماته ومقوماته، وبيان أسباب تفاوت مستويات أثر فاعليته، وقد درس مسالك هذه الأهداف في سورة القصص، من خلال منهج وصفي استنباطي، وتوصل إلى عدد من النتائج، أهمها: أن فاعلية الخطاب الدعوي تعني: أن يوصف بأنه اتصال دعوي موجه، ينتظم سمات الفاعلية ومقوماتها، ويتوخى منه التأثير الإيجابي في المخاطبين، وذلك التأثير أطلقت عليه السورة مسمى التذكر، ومعناه: العمل والسلوك وفق معرفة مستقرة يتحراها الإنسان بدافع القبول والاقتناع. وله مراتب أولها الانتباه ومنتهاها السلوك العملي، وتمر بالاستقرار المعرفي والتفاعل الإيجابي. والخطاب الدعوي الموجب للتذكر يتسم بسمات ذاتية فاعلة منها: الصدق، والتفصيل، والوضوح والاتساق، والتركيز على المشتركات. وله مقومات موضوعية ترتبط به ارتباطا مبدئيا، منها: التنويع في أساليبه، والتدرج فيه ومراعاة الأجواء الإيجابية في عرضه. والتفاوت في أثر الخطاب الدعوي الفاعل ناتج عن أسباب ذاتية في الداعية، أو في المدعو، أو عن أسباب موضوعية ومؤثرات سلبية خارجية. وأوصى البحث الدعاة أن يوجهوا جهدهم إلى بناء خطاب دعوي يتسم بالفاعلية والإيجابية المؤثرة، من خلال الاستفادة من منهج القرآن الذي يبين منهجية الأنبياء والرسل في عرض الخطاب الدعوي وبنائه. كما أوصى الباحثين بأن يهتموا بالبحث في الجوانب الدلالية في القرآن، وإبراز السمات التواصلية في خطابه.

Research of (the effectiveness of invitation speech), it aims to clarify the concept of effectiveness of invitation speech and it’s features and constituent, also aims to clarify the reasons of disparity levels of effectiveness . It is studying the ways of this goals in Al Khasas sura through description analysis method and go to recount of results: The meaning of effectiveness invitation speech that is description is contacting guided meeting. It has imprint effectiveness and its constituent and it focus about positive effectiveness for people. That effectiveness calls in Al Khasas sura by remembers. It means a working and behavior according to knowledge explore stable the human by acquisition and acceptation. It has steps, the first one is attention and the last is behavior. It is going by the knowledge stable and positive interaction. The invitation speech that is necessary for remember, it has imprints effectiveness which are honesty, details, clarify and consistency and focus about combined. Furthermore, it has constituents connect with it whom are changing in its styles and gradation in it. Also, It regards the positive mood of display it and the difference in effectiveness invitation is consequent by reasons in the personal of lay reader or the invited person or by reasons that are objectivity and outer negative effectiveness. The search advice the lay readers that guide their efforts to build invitation speech has effectiveness and positive effect which benefits by the method of Al Quran that clarify the messenger and prophets method in display the invitation speech and build it. Also, it advice the researcher that take care by their searchers in side fondness in Holly Quran and clarify the features of his speech.
