520 |a شهد العالم في السنوات الأخيرة اهتماما كبيرا بالمخطوطات ومنه العالم الإسلامي والعربي، وبالرغم من الكوارث والمحن والنزاعات التي يمر بها في شتى المجالات السياسية والاقتصادية إلا أن هذا لم يلغي الاهتمام الكبير بالمخطوطات من مختلف مراكز المخطوطات والمكتبات الجامعية وكذا الباحثين وغيرهم. إن الناظر في حالة المكتبات في العالم يجد أن الكتاب المطبوع في تطور، وزيادة الطلب عليه سببها التكنولوجيا والتطور العلمي في هذا المجال، وكذا ظهور الطباعة الإلكترونية على مختلف الأوعية الرقمية، إلا أن الاهتمام بالمخطوط وتحقيقه والمحافظة عليه أصبح يزداد يوما بعد يوم نظرا للخصائص الفنية والجمالية، التي يتميز بها عن سائر الأوعية المكتبية الأخرى، إضافة إلى قيمته الحضارية والعلمية والتاريخية. لذلك يهدف الباحث من وراء تحقيق المخطوطات القديمة إلى نشر نص صحيح ومحقق للوثيقة التاريخية، وهناك قواعد وأساليب خاصة لتحقيق المخطوطات ونشرها متفق عليها عند معظم الباحثين، وبالنظر لأهمية نشر المخطوطات العربية التي تتضمن التراث العربي في مختلف ميادين المعرفة، نجد من الضرورة أن نتناول أهم الطرق والأساليب المتبعة في تحقيق المخطوطات العربية. ومن أجل تحقيق المخطوط وتسهيل الاستفادة منه فإن الباحثين يسعون جاهدين لتحقيق هذا الغرض، بعقد الملتقيات العلمية وحث الجهات الرسمية على إنشاء مراكز للمخطوطات وتحقيقها، وتشجيع الطلاب على دراسة التراث وتحقيقه. ولكن الملاحظ على أرضية الواقع أن نقص التجربة والمحاولات التي تخص عملية تحقيق المخطوطات، تجعل العملية ليست بالسهلة، على اعتبار أن تحقيق هذه المخطوطات يمر عبر مراحل وطرق علمية ممنهجة يسير على منهاجها المحقق لا يعرفها إلا المختصون في مجال التحقيق. وعلى إثر هذا فإن الإشكالية الأساسية التي تتمحور حولها هذه المقالة هي: ماهي القواعد والمراحل العلمية التي يتبعها المحقق في عملية التحقيق؟ .  |b In recent years, the world has witnessed a great interest in manuscripts, including the Islamic and Arab world, and despite the disasters, tribulations and conflicts it is going through in various political and economic fields, this did not negate the great interest in manuscripts from various manuscript centers and university libraries, as well as researchers and others. The observer of the state of libraries in the world finds that the printed book is developing, and the increase in demand for it is caused by technology and scientific development in this field, as well as the emergence of electronic printing on various digital vessels, but interest in the manuscript, its achievement and preservation is increasing day by day due to its technical and aesthetic characteristics. Which distinguishes it from other office vessels, in addition to its cultural, scientific and historical value. Therefore, the researcher aims, behind the investigation of ancient manuscripts, to publish a correct and verified text of the historical document, and there are special rules and methods for achieving and publishing manuscripts agreed upon by most researchers, and given the importance of publishing Arabic manuscripts that include Arab heritage in various fields of knowledge, we find it necessary to address the most important methods And the methods used in achieving Arabic manuscripts. In order to achieve the manuscript and facilitate its use, researchers strive to achieve this purpose, by holding scientific forums and urging official bodies to establish centers for manuscripts and their implementation, and to encourage students to study and achieve heritage. But it is noticed on the ground that the lack of experience and attempts related to the process of verifying manuscripts makes the process not easy, given that the investigation of these manuscripts passes through scientific stages and systematic methods that follow their investigator's approach that only specialists in the field of investigation know. As a result of this, the basic problem that this article revolves around is: What are the scientific rules and stages that the investigator follows in the investigation process?  |d Ces dernières années, le monde a été témoin d'un grand intérêt pour les manuscrits, y compris le monde islamique et arabe, et malgré les catastrophes, les tribulations et les conflits qu'il traverse dans divers domaines politiques et économiques, cela n'a pas nié le grand intérêt pour les manuscrits de divers centres de manuscrits et bibliothèques universitaires, ainsi que des chercheurs et autres. L'observateur de l'état des bibliothèques dans le monde constate que le livre imprimé se développe et que l'augmentation de la demande pour celui-ci est causée par la technologie et le développement scientifique dans ce domaine, ainsi que par l'émergence de l'impression électronique sur divers récipients numériques, mais l'intérêt pour le manuscrit, sa réalisation et sa préservation augmente de jour en jour en raison de ses caractéristiques techniques et Esthétiques. Ce qui le distingue des autres navires de bureau, en plus de sa valeur culturelle, scientifique et historique. Par conséquent, le chercheur vise, derrière l'enquête sur les manuscrits anciens, à publier un texte correct et vérifié du document historique, et il existe des règles et des méthodes spéciales pour la réalisation et la publication de manuscrits convenus par la plupart des chercheurs, et étant donné l'importance de publier des manuscrits arabes qui incluent le patrimoine arabe dans divers domaines de la connaissance, nous estimons qu'il est nécessaire d'aborder les méthodes les plus importantes. Et les méthodes utilisées pour réaliser des manuscrits arabes. Afin de réaliser le manuscrit et de faciliter son utilisation, les chercheurs s'efforcent d'atteindre cet objectif, en organisant des forums scientifiques et en exhortant les organismes officiels à créer des centres pour les manuscrits et leur mise en œuvre, et à encourager les étudiants à étudier et à réaliser le patrimoine. Mais on constate sur le terrain que le manque d'expérience et les tentatives liées au processus de vérification des manuscrits rendent le processus difficile, étant donné que l'investigation de ces manuscrits passe par des étapes scientifiques et des méthodes systématiques qui suivent l'approche de leur investigateur que seuls les spécialistes du domaine de l'investigation connaissent. En conséquence, le problème de base sur lequel tourne cet article est le suivant : quelles sont les règles scientifiques et les étapes suivies par l'enquêteur dans le processus d'enquête ?
