المستخلص: يروم الباحث من خلال هذا البحث الوصول إلى نتيجة مفادها، أن أغلب علماء التفسير الذين اعتنوا بالجوانب البلاغية في تفاسيرهم للآيات القرآنية قد تعرضوا للعلاقة بين علم التناسب وعلم البلاغة بفروعها الثلاث (البيان والمعاني والبديع) تصريحا أو ضمنا، وفي هذا إشارة إلى أن هذه العلاقة كانت أمرا أساسيا في فهم معاني القرآن، والوقف على مراد الله تعالى في آيات كتابه الكريم، وأن هذه العلاقة تظهر جانب الإعجاز القرآني البلاغي البياني، وقد اشتهر في الآونة الأخيرة، بين أواسط طلبة العلم والدعاة, والخطباء حفظهم الله التركيز على الإعجاز القرآني الطبي أو الفلكي، دون الإشارة إلى علم البلاغة والإعجاز البياني، الذي يعد هو الأساس في الإعجاز، وقد يسوق هذا الطرح إلى فقدان قيمة الإعجاز المطروح بسبب تلك الموافقات والمناسبات الحاصلة بين علم الطب أو الفلك وبين بعض الآيات القرآنية؛ ذلك لأن ديمومة التناسب بينهما لا تكاد تبقى قائمة في كل زمان ومكان؛ لأن الحقائق الطبية والفلكية مرهونة بتغير الأحوال الكونية، فقد تتغير الاستنتاجات الطبية والفلكية جراء تلك التغيرات فتبطل تلك العلاقة الإعجازية، على عكس ما يظهر من إعجاز بلاغي، فإنه لا يقبل التغيير؛ إذ القاعدة البلاغية تبقى على ما هو متعارف عليه عند العلماء؛ لذا جاء هذا البحث ليثبت أهمية الالتفات إلى بيان الإعجاز القرآني من الجانب البلاغي لا سيما الجانب الذي يبرزه علماء التفسير في تناسب الآيات والسور، وكان من ابرز تلك الكتب كتاب نظم الدرر في تناسب الآيات والسور للأمام البقاعي رحمه الله حيث جعل أساسا في بيان العلاقة القائمة بين علم التناسب وعلم البلاغة.

The researcher aims through this research to reach a conclusion that most of the scholars of interpretation who took care of the rhetorical aspects in their interpretation of the Qur’anic verses have exposed the relationship between the science of proportionality and the science of rhetoric with its three branches (Al-Bayan, Al-Ma’ani and Al-Badi’) explicitly or implicitly, and this is an indication that this The relationship was an essential matter in understanding the meanings of the Qur’an, and standing on the will of God Almighty in the verses of His Noble Book, and that this relationship shows the rhetorical and rhetorical aspect of the Qur’anic miracle, and it has become famous in recent times among the middle students, preachers and preachers, may God preserve them, to focus on the medical or astronomical miracles of the Qur’an. Without reference to the science of rhetoric and the rhetorical miracle, which is the basis for the miraculous, this proposition may lead to the loss of the value of the proposed miraculous because of those agreements and occasions that occur between medicine or astronomy and some Qur’anic verses; That is because the permanence of the proportionality between them hardly remains in every time and place. Because medical and astronomical facts are contingent on changing cosmic conditions, medical and astronomical conclusions may change as a result of those changes, thus nullifying that miraculous relationship, in contrast to the apparent rhetorical miraculousness, which does not accept change; The rhetorical rule remains what is customary among scholars. Therefore, this research came to prove the importance of paying attention to the statement of the Qur’anic miraculousness from the rhetorical aspect, especially the aspect that scholars highlight in the compatibility of verses and surahs.
