|a جاءت صفقة القرن أو خطة السلام التي أعلن عنها الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترامب Donald trump في سياق يتصف بالمتوتر سوء على المستوى الداخلي الفلسطيني أو الإقليمي العربي أو الدولي، وهذا نتيجة الانقسام الداخلي الفلسطيني بين قيادات منظمة التحرير الفلسطينية وحركات المقاومة الإسلامية، والتشتت العربي لما تشهده المنطقة العربية من أزمات وحروب داخلية على غرار سوريا ليبيا واليمن، كما أن الوضع الدولي الذي يعرف أزمات الاقتصادية ونزاعات مسلحة، كل هذا جعل من الولايات المتحدة تتجاوز قرارات الشرعية الدولية بخصوص عدالة القضية الفلسطينية، وقرارات الأمم المتحدة التي تقول بحق الشعب الفلسطيني في قيام دولته الفلسطينية وعاصمتها القدس الشريف مع حق عودة اللاجئين.

The Arab schism of the crises and internal wars that the Arab region witnesses, like Syria, Libya and Yemen, and the international situation that defines the economic crises and armed conflicts. All this made the United States go beyond the resolutions of international legitimacy concerning the justice of the Palestinian cause and the UN resolutions that say the Palestinian people's right to establish its Palestinian state with Jerusalem as its capital with the right of return of refugees.
