المستخلص: الحمد لله رب العالمين، والصلاة والسلام على نبينا محمد الأمين، الذي بشر بإتمام النعمة وإكمال الدين، وأمر أمته بالتمسك بكتاب الله تعالى وبحبله المتين، وعلى من تبع نهجه من الصحابة والتابعين ومن تبعهم بإيمان إلى يوم يقوم الناس لرب العالمين. وبعد... فلما جعل الله تعالى الإيمان به سبحانه بوجوده وصفاته والإيمان برسله وكتبه وملائكته وقدره خيره وشره واليوم الآخر هي علامة المؤمن، وبداية الطريق القويم، وسبب النجاح والفلاح في حياة المرء في الدارين؛ جعله محدودا بزمان ومرهونا بأوان إن فات لم ينفع صاحبه حينها الإيمان، فهناك أوقات وأحوال لا ينفع الإيمان عندها بشيء وهو بحكم العدم، وجاءت الأدلة الشرعية في إثبات ذلك والتنبيه عليه، وهو ما أردنا أن نسلط عليه الضوء ونبينه بأحكامه وأدلته من خلال هذه الورقات. فجاء البحث مشتملاً على مقدمة مهدت للموضوع وبينت أركانه وجوانبه، ثم تمهيد في التعريف بكتاب "فتح الملهم بشرح صحيح الإمام مسلم وتكملته" ومؤلفيه، وهو محل بحثنا ودراستنا لهذا الموضوع، ثم تحدثنا عن موضوع الأحيان التي لا يقبل فيها الإيمان فنذكر مجملا تعريف الأحيان والإيمان، ثم بينا تلك الأحيان التي تكلم فيها العلماء ووردت في كتاب فتح الملهم وتكملته، والأدلة على ذلك من القرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية، ثم ختمنا بحثنا بأهم النتائج التي خرجنا بها، ونأمل بذلك أن نكون قد أضفنا شيئاً لعلم القارئ والباحث، والحمد لله رب العالمين.

Praise be to God, Lord of the worlds, and blessings and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad, who preached the fullness of grace and the fulfillment of the religion, and commanded his nation to adhere to the Book of God Almighty and His strong rope, and on those who followed his path from the Companions and Followers and those who followed them with faith until the day people rise to the Lord of the worlds And after. When God Almighty made faith in Him, glory be to Him, in His presence and attributes, faith in His Messengers, His Books, and His angels, and His destiny is good and evil, and the Last Day is the sign of the believer, the beginning of the right path, and the cause of success and prosperity in a person's life in the two worlds; He made it limited to a time and mortgaged to a premature if it was too late for its owner to benefit at the time, faith, there are times and conditions in which faith does not benefit in anything and it is virtually nothing, and the legal evidence came to prove this and alert it, and this is what we wanted to shed light on and clarify its rulings and evidence through these papers. The research included an introduction that paved the way for the topic and clarified its pillars and aspects, then a preface to the book “Fath al-Mulhim with a true explanation and completion of Imam Muslim,” and its authors, which is the subject of our research and study of this topic, then we talked about the topic of times when faith is not accepted, so we mention outline the definition of times and faith. Then we explained the times in which the scholars spoke and were mentioned in the book of Fatah al-Inspired and its completion, and the evidence for that from the Noble Qur’an and the Sunnah of the Prophet, then we concluded our research with the most important results that we came out with, and we hope that we have added something to the knowledge of the reader and the researcher, and praise be to God, Lord of the worlds.
